Great service and food. The waitress was very attentive without hovering, and the overall atmosphere is business class without being pretentious. Golf clothes and a collared shirt are appropriate for the bar room seating. I ordered the Chilean Seabass and it was very good, with a hint of coconut in the sauce that nicely complimented the mild fish. The two appetizers I enjoyed were the asparagus and leek soup (very nice) and the oysters (oysters are pretty hard to mess up unless they are warm water) and both came out quickly. Of note, the summer cocktail menu left something to be desired, and using brown rum for a mojito should be a fine payable to the court.

We thought this restaurants atmosphere was excellent which is why we would 100% come back. The food took a little long to come out and our server didnt check on us as much as we had hoped, but otherwise the food was yummy and we had a great time.

Stuffed squash blossoms, bacon blue cheese dates, swordfish (though a little overcooked), were all absolutely yummy. The Sea Smoke Pinot Noir was a perfect compliment. The asparagus leek soup was a little stringy with asparagus fibers, but the flavor was right on.
It was a busy Saturday night on a holiday weekend and every table was full, so hearing other people’s conversations was a bit unsettling, especially as the gal next to us was discussing her job which was apparently to monitor the cleanup after deaths in Palm Springs. Please separate the tables further.
We were reminded just how delicious Cliff house is and we will return again.

We had the Tuna poke, Lobster and steak. It was so good the first time we went back A second time. The food is absolutely amazing. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is fabulous. 🤗🤩

I went to La Quinta Cliffhouse with my partner and we had such a great time! The staff was super friendly. I ordered a burger and it was seriously delicious 🤤. Plus, the views from there are amazing. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

The view is disappointing. I made a reservation for a birthday dinner thinking that we would have a nice view. The view is nothing like it's shown in the pictures. We had waited for another table for a niceer view there's bot a nit a nicer vies a view that wasn't a nice view. Oue weight didn't show up very often.

I am not sure if this place has been open since before I was born or not. Because I can remember going here my whole life. It’s always been a favorite of mine. The location is one of the most beautiful ever. The food is always awesome. I would say that having a party here can be difficult but other than that, this place is a desert staple.

Great happy hour meal in the bar! Although we made a reservation (but requested bar), we were seated at the worst seat in the bar. (With one seat obstructing the path to the kitchen and no view of a working TV). When the table next to us vacated (2 people at a 4 top), we, with an assist from the busser, moved the table over so we were both able to sit on the bench seat, out of harms way. Shortly thereafter, we were accosted by the hostess who accused us of being confrontational when we said we were not willing to undo the conjoined table. She left in a huff...and within 2 minutes, 5 seats at the bar opened should a party of 4 been in need of a spot. The bar spot was promptly filled by a couple, who sat in the middle of the available space.
If the two top nearest the kitchen were turned horizontally, the seat would be protected by the barrier wall, providing a safe space for the customer and preventing server "mishaps".
