As always Lavenders REMAINS our favorite restaurant in the Coachella Valley! Nick Depras runs a gorgeous delicious operation! The courtyard on an October evening is spectacular with lights and lavender. Try the curry...it's my go to dish! Nick and father catered our wedding and we've been huge fans ever since!!!

Lavender never disappoints! Either fun happy hour with gals listening to live music in the bar or peaceful, wonderful dinner under the twinkling lights on the patio you know it's going to be a good evening. October is THE best both for availability and excitement of reopening after Summer close.

Out for our 20th wedding anniversary, so we brought some wine for the table. The 4 of us chose 4 different meals. Braised short ribs, Flat iron steak and fries ( not so flat!!), and lobster ravioli. (probably the least favorite). My hubby got 2 apps for his meal, steak tartar and smoked salmon. He was happy! Meals were filling and we didn't need dessert, although the restaurant gave us 4 cookies in a box to take home....delish! And a nice Anniversary card on the table when we arrived. Thank you! We will be back! Enjoyed and tipped the singer on the way out.

It was my first visit to Lavender Bistro. The service was excellent! The food was excellent! Do not skip the rolls and butter! They were excellent! I loved everything and definitely will return.

Two of us had the lobster ravioli, mediocre at best. One had butternut squash risotto, mediocre, one had the flat iron steak. He said excellent. Prime rib good, not excellent. Service good. Of course ambiance was perfect! I've eaten here before and the food was excellent.

We love to dine on the patio, and we're seated there initially. Sadly this time of year the flys are troublesome. There was plenty of room inside. Two of us ordered the salmon entrees....two ordered Iron Steak. Iron steak was chewy and a little tough to eat. Salmon entrees were just ok.

My husband and I celebrated our 2nd Anniversary at Lavender Bistro, on Sunday September 28th. It was our first experience and we loved it. This will definitely be a special place we come to when we visit this area.

Lavenders Bistro is such a special restaurant. We have many nice restaurants to choose from in our desert. My husband and I went there for my birthday. The service was spectacular. The host greeted us with a birthday card and small purple box filled delicious home baked cookies tied with lavendar ribbons because I had indicated it was a birthday in the reservation. The food was exceptional especially the oysters. The ambiance on the patio included nice live background music. Prices were comparable to other nice restaurants. The entire experience was very special. I highly recommend Lavenders for a lovely experience.

Lovely atmosphere, but our waiter Oscar was horrid. He completely forgot my husband’s food and no one came to check on us. My husband finally got up to check as everyone in our party was completely done eating already. My husband’s food arrived cold and had obviously been sitting for a half hour. He did not offer to comp anything and was SUPER rude to us. The bill was over $800, won’t be back.

We found this place on accident and what a happy accident it was. The ambience was relaxing, the food was fresh and the service was impeccable. We had 2 toddlers with us and they enjoyed themselves , they had great food options for them and the loved looking at all the vibrant colors on the patio.
