We felt rushed with the overall experience. I ordered the wagyu ribeye and found it to be very tough.

For two people, we ordered a wagyu tomahawk steak, and potatoes. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, however, it was served sliced and rare. So rare it was hard to cut and not tasty for wagyu beef. Disappointing.

Because of the golf tournament nearby, the restaurant was extremely crowded. However, we were able to get seated at a table. That was nice and quiet. The food was exceptional and the service was very good.

We have eaten at LG's Prime at least a dozen times. It is among the most reliable dining experiences I have ever had! Our usual order starts with the Caesar salad prepared tableside, a steak (this time we split a 16 oz. filet) and the au gratin potatoes served family-style. As good as the food is, it is routinely surpassed by the service. Last night we were waited on by Oscar; he epitomizes professionalism, while still making us feel welcomed and happy! He is among the best waiters we ever had, regardless of the setting.

First time there. Food was excellent. Service mediocre at best. Non attentive. VERY loud, bad acoustics I assume.

Food and service very good, as usual. Also, as usual, a few loud tables of "guys" being "guys." I will say that the decor is starting to look pretty tired in the dining areas and could use a spruce up.

Enjoyable night with superb service from the staff. Quiet spot (as I requested) made the evening special.

LGs lived up to its recently being named the best steakhouse in the valley. Food and service was outstanding.

Oswaldo, our waiter, was very professional. The wild mushroom bisque was fabulous and the NY Strip was grilled to perfection. Very nice evening with my wife.

We had an amazing dinner overall at LG's. For appetizers, we started with the baby back ribs, which were incredibly juicy and truly fell off the bone. The pork belly was also delicious, and the tableside Caesar salad was both flavorful and a really fun experience. For our main course, we split the 14 oz filet mignon with the blue cheese crust — the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Our sides were the mac & cheese, au gratin potatoes, and creamed spinach, and honestly... every single one was to die for. The sides alone are worth the visit. We ended with the chocolate cake, which was the perfect way to finish the meal. The only downside of the evening was our service. Our server would disappear for long periods of time and seemed to focus much more on his other tables. It felt like we were repeatedly forgotten, which was disappointing, especially given how wonderful the food was. Despite that, the food itself was outstanding and we would absolutely return, hopefully with more attentive service next time.

Great time for New Year's Eve. We had excellent steaks. Freddy made us delicious Caesar Salads the table. It was an evening to remember. Having Valet while it is raining was very helpful. The guys were very kind too.

This is one of the best steakhouses ANYWHERE. It is certainly the best in the Coachella valley hands down. Have dined here many times and never been disappointed. The food and service are excellent. I do prefer the La Quinta location and recommend it strongly. Everything... the steaks, the seafood, the sides, the desserts are all top notch. I have dined at the best steak restaurants in Los Angeles and New York, this one can stand toe to toe with any of them.

All around you have to give this restaurant an excellent rating for all categories. Great service from Tom. Food is delicious. Ambience and vibe is great. We try to make it to this restaurant on every trip we make here to the desert.

Outstanding. It is not an inexpensive night out but there is absolutely nothing to complain about and good food and service does not come cheap!

Always a positive experience, this was no different. From the servers to the food, everything was top notch. Even on a busy Christmas Evening diner, everything ran smooth. Steaks cooked perfectly, piping hot side dishes, friendly and courteous, attentive but not overbearing staff, it's what we've come to expect from LG's and it did not disappoint.
