NOW, IT THE PAST, MEDIUM ALWAYS CAME A LITTLE BROWN AROUND THE EDGES AWITH A WARM PINK CENTER. NOT THIS NIGHT. I STUCK MY FORM IN IT AND IT WAS STILL MOOING!!! I USUALLY DON'T MIND IF IT'S MORE RARE IN THE CENTER OF THE STEAK BECAUSE I CAN NEVER FINISH A WHOLE STEAK SO HAVING IT ALMOST RARE MEANS WHEN I REHEAT IT, IT WILL STILL BW TENDER AND JUICY! I DIDN'T SEND IT BACK AND I COULDN'T EAT IT BUT I WAS OK! I HAS A CEASER SALAD, BREAD, AND MY LOADED POTATOE. THE STEAK CAME HOME WITH ME. I CUT HALF THAT NIGHT AND REHEATED IT IN THE AIR FRYER AND HAD THE REST YESTERDAY MORNING FOR BREAKFAST WITH EGGS AND HASHBROWNS! TALK ABOUT GOOD! YES, EVEN THOUGH THE STEAK WAS RARER THAT I CARE FOR, IT WAS JUST RIGHT LATER! I STILL SAY 5 STAR! IT TAKES A SPECIAL TALENT TO UNDERCOOK SOMETHING AND IT STILL TASTE REALLY GOOD LATER! LOL

Sat at a table for over 10 minutes while I watch 2 tables that had been steated after me get drinks, bread, and their whole orders taken. Wasn't acknowledged once, and the restaurant was half empty so it wasnt because they were busy. No idea how the food is because I never got to order any. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Only thing I regret was getting their Texas margarita. The glass was very thin with a lot of ice, so very little drink in it, but it very good without too much alcohol making it too overpowering

I’ve always enjoyed dining at LongHorn Steakhouse and appreciated the food and service over the years. However, I was very upset to find out that LongHorn no longer offers a military discount.
As someone who values and supports our military and veterans, this decision is extremely disappointing. Many restaurants still choose to honor service members in this small but meaningful way, and removing the discount feels like a step backward.
I understand businesses can change policies, but loyalty goes both ways. This change has definitely affected my decision to dine here moving forward. I hope corporate reconsiders this policy and brings back the military discount as a sign of appreciation and respect.
Food: excellent. Service: above expectations. Atmosphere: slightly off excellent as we were placed right across the aisle from the wait staff cubby and it was WAY too crowded around there. We'll go there again for sure, but will require a better table.

If you want a drink i recommend THE PERFECT Margarita...
And the Rib and Parmesarn Chicken
We spent $110 but the plate were big.. so we share each plate .. and still had enough to take home .. he ordered 2 margaritas so over all in food and 2 appitizers were under $80-$85

It was very loud. We eat at the one in Colorado Springs because it is not loud. The misic in Indio Restaurant sounded like we were in a bar on Sat night.

Music too loud for an enjoyable experience. We courteously requested twice for the music to be turned down. They did not comply. Although the food and service were ok, I'm reluctant to return or recommend.

Food was decent but wish they didn't flat grill their steaks. You would think they charbroil or wood cook, but nope they are put on the griddle. Other than that the rest of the food was good, as well. The pricing was also good for a steak and sides.
