Longhorn steakhouse usually has much better service at other locations in Utah! This location was very disappointing but it was only because of the staff! We waited forever for seating, then waited forever to be waited on, waited forever for our drinks and we had to remind our waiter about our bread.

We took our Mom for mother's day, we usually love Longhorn and have been to multiple locations, but our experience at this La Quinta one was the worst we have ever had at a restaurant.We called ahead to get into the waitlist since we were a party of 6 and we knew it was busy, they told us 90 mins wait. We got into the restaurant exactly as we were first in the list, they still made us wait for 2 hours more.The hostesses were kinda rude and unhelpful, and they kept chitchatting and laughing with each other.When we finally got into the table, our waitress was very sweet and gave good service, we ordered drinks and appetizers. An hour passed and the waitress tells us that she's sorry our orders got mixed up in the kitchen, at this point we were really hungry, upset and tired of waiting; our Mom included. Our waitress apologized and offered a discount but after waiting a bit longer with no one showing up, we decided to go.All in all an awful experience from a chain restaurant that one would think is capable of handling big parties with previous notice on an important holiday.

It's the second time I've been to the restaurant but I had a bad experience. We arrived at 6 pm. They gave us a seat until 8. At 9, we ordered the food and at 9:45 they told us that the cooks made a mistake with the food. That's horrible for a restaurant. restaurant according to prestige

The Longhorn Steakhouse has the best steaks and baby back ribs. Service is top. Finally an excellent meal with friendly service on our tour. Longhorn again and again.

Where to start. I was very disappointed that they ran out of ribs, as that was the primary reason I was there. They forgot some stuff about my order and unfortunately the waiter appeared to get caught up with other stuff, as we didn't see him for a while. However, they did make it up slightly with the fact we got a free dessert, which was scrumptious.

Our server was Jay. He was delightful. Very attentive and very entertaining.. everything was delicious. I got the fillet and lobster. Asparagus was slightly overcooked, and Jay returned it and brought it back perfectly done. All in all the fantastic experience.Also priced very well.We will be back.
