Worst McDonald's I've ever been in, there was some lady yelling from the back for the dine in orders and she was rude to everyone. I got my food after 10 minutes, but my buddy had to wait 30+ minutes and people who ordered after him with more stuff (including me) got their food first and when we went to ask this dude went back and asked her where it was and she was super rude about it.

Horrible and dangerous!!!! I had gone to this McDonald's on HWY 111 in LA QUINTA, CA many times in the morning for breakfast. The young girl who handed me my coffee at the drive thru over-filled the cup with the VERY HOT coffee and did NOT close the lid securely. The VERY HOT coffee spilled on my lap and the cup holder in the car with a third of an inch overspill. I was wearing cotton pants. Even the receipt she handed me had spillage. SHE SLAMMED SHUT THE WINDOW and had NO REMORSE AT ALL. I HONKED MY HORN because I needed a lot of napkins for the spillage. The short-haired lady wearing a McDonald's visor opened the window with napkins to hand me already and shut the window right away again. I BELIEVE SHE'S THE SHIFT MANAGER. NEITHER ONE OF THEM SHOWED ANY CONCERN. DID NOT APOLOGIZE WHATSOEVER!!! Another McDonald's had already gotten sued in the past for overfilling cups with very hot drinks that ended up hurting a customer. These POORLY TRAINED workers who are not happy to have a job should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!

This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to. They were severely understaffed so my order took 30 minutes to serve. The inside was dirty and the staff didn’t seem to be concerned with the growing line at the counter The manager had to start offering refunds to disgruntled customers. This location seems to only prioritize the drive thru. I will NEVER be back. If I could give zero stars I would.

I payed for 2 sausages bacon and egg McGriddles they gave me the wrong order I received 2 sausages and egg Mac muffins. Half the price I paid.I called the manager her name is Lili , she was rude she wants I come back and bring the food and the ticket. She not offering noting for they made me mistake and I was loosing time from my job and gas driving back. They gave me incorrect food again now is missing the bacon in the McDonald’s griddles. But she was rude , the manager is noting care about the clients the another day the food for my husband has a little piece the plastic. We made reported too. Is bad service.
Store was clean.The young man that served my order was polite. hash Browns were cold and soggy.I couldn't eat it. i also can't enjoy cold sausage.and unmelted cheese. This isn't a knock as a former managment member either. I was hoping for a hot breakfast today 11/2/25 at 712-20am

Unfortunately, our experience at this location was not the best. It was the ONLY TIME I have eaten a McDonald's Quarter Pounder and fries that did not taste like the classics.

I ordered a 40pc nugget and 2 large fry for delivery at around 11:30pm I knew it was late so I didn’t expect much for food quality but it was horrible. The drive was only a few minutes so it’s not to blame. The fry’s were cold and barely edible from how stale. Chicken nuggets were disgusting too. I understand it’s late but you could’ve atleast thrown them back in the fryer so they were not cold and hard.

Trash service if it wasn’t so close to where I live I definitely would not pick this one, if I could throw a zero on this, I would which is I guess what you would expect but it’s not what you should expect. Been eating here for like two years straight and it’s the same Mediocre crew that doesn’t seem to care about their job. If I was the manager here, I promise you, it would not be anywhere close to this! I’m sure others feel the same and then they always try to silence you when you have something to say like come on Accountability isn’t real nowadays or what. Anyways, I’m gonna keep eating here because the food is The same as all McDonald’s
