Best McDonald’s in the valley. Ruth and Kat were amazing and handled everything with great care. Food was piping hot and fresh. Will be back. Highly recommend!

Ordered through the app .at drive through was given the wrong order 3 times then saw the staff in background giving bad looks over to me for telling them it was not my order even showing on my phone what i did order was given no type of apologyetc.was just just passed the food with a clear attitude that shows they realy dont care about the customer service at all and to add to it food was cold definitely wont go there again.

This location just had a refit,where its actually managed to loose space taking away kids play area which lots of familys used to use for there kids to play in.
Service has notably gotten worse,seam to have a realy bad attitude like they are almost angry to serve you as your interupting them.
I have tried this restaurant twice since refit both times the same they get rhe order compleatly wrong then roll there eyes or openly talk rude about customers while they eventually give you the now cold food .i cannot stress enough this place has gone downhill in service .food and now even the layout of the place for families.

Very disappointed.
McDonald's claim to fame is their consistent quality, right? Not this location.
Came in on a Sat morning, 9ish, to get just a coffee and Sausage Egg McMuffin. The was no line, no wait.
I was not greeted by the unfriendly service person at the counter, and received a stale, practically cold McMuffin from the holding area.
Was given a replacement by the same unfriendly counter person who could not have cared less.

It's no wonder this place is slow on a Saturday morning. (The practically empty store should have been the tip-off) Other McDs in the valley have fresh food and friendly service. And they're busy.
I will not be back to this one.

This McDonalds seems to be better than most in the area (there a good one off of 48 & Jackson in Indio too). The employees tend to be fairly nice and halfway knowledgeable in their skill set (as anywhere there's always one to mess it up). They get the order right and hot 8 of 10 times. Prices have gone up and the meal deals are hit and miss with stuff you really want.

My sister-in-law surprised me with cheeseburger chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. This McDonald’s deserves a Michelin star for their fine cuisine.

04/01/21 @10:13pm:I entered drive thru, told the app I was here, which then said: Tell us your order code at the speaker: LE21. When prompted, I told the cashier my order code, but the cashier said they did not have my order code. I asked them if I was at the right McDonalds and told the cashier the address for my mobile order. The cashier told me I was at the wrong McDonalds for my mobile order, and that 78-962 CA-111, La Quinta is the address of a McDonalds in a Walmart. Turns out that was not true and I’d be led to the wrong McDonalds from the correct McDonalds.However, I still had to pick up the food because it wasn’t for me. So, I request through the app to have my order LE21743448 at 78-962, CA-111 delivered Curbside and reserve Spot 1. At that time I received a confirmation of purchase at 10:30pm, which said: Thank you for your order, we will bring your food out when its ready (usually 5 minutes).I wait in the car in Spot 1 till 11pm when I receive a Thank you for visiting - but I don't have my food. I go to the drive-thru to ask the manager what happened to my order and she said she does not have my order but I can order again. I told her I was already charged for my food and I just want the food - Im not asking for a freebie. She said she would have to ring the order on her screen. I ask if she can then ring up the order, comp it, then explain in the report the circumstances for the comp. She replied she could not do that as a manager and that I would have to pay again, then request to have my already-purchased order cancelled through the app. I told her I could not cancel the order because the app thinks they delivered the food to me already, so she advised to call the app’s customer service number to get a refund.I needed to pickup the food, so I ordered again and paid via card. However, an extra medium fries was added in error to the order, so I asked for a refund, to which the manager casually opened the cashier drawer and handed me the difference in cash.My order was finally complete at 11:08pm.

This location is cool because of the architecture otherwise it is a McDonald's for a quick bite. Lots of parking
