Okay this is officially a joke. The last five times we have ordered breakfast through the mobile app, our order is missing half of the items we've payed for. This happened at another location in Palm Desert, as well. Each time we've reported it and the best they can do is offer a refund in two weeks for missing items. If this were a mom-and-pop shop, and they failed to get your order right 100% of the time, they'd be dead in the water. McDonalds is an absolute scam, terrible corporation.

We were out in vacation & decided to have a late night snack. I told the lady on the drive thru that I had a code for some french fries & she was fast to have a rude response. I told her I had to pull up the code & to please give me a second & she quickly responded to "just provide me the code on the window" & as soon as I was pulling up to the drive thru window she said " whats the code" in the most rudest way. If employees are not happy working there then why would they work there. I asked for ketchup & ranch & of course the very rude lady did not provide me with any of my request. Never have I had an experience like this at mc Donalds. Don't know if to laugh or be mad lol. Don't waist your time coming here.

5 stars. This McDonald's experience was unparalleled. Wonderful service and really crisp Diet Coke. Will definitely go back. The fries were hot too.

To all the bad reviews here, NO S**** It's McDonald's what do you expect. Spend an extra $7 on your meal and go somewhere that really deserves your 1 star rating for bad service.

Of all the McDonalds Ive been to in 70 years this one has by far the rubberiest French fries and the smallest "Big Macs". I just hate going there more than once a year.

I'm giving them a bad rating because they did not have my coffee they had no ranch they had very still apple pies they are not good at business and I ordered a double double and they only gave me cheese on my cheeseburger

I go to Walmart a lot and decided to grab a quick snack for my sisters . I alway treat them nicely and for some reason the workers always give me dirty looks and are disrespectful . I waited for my order as two orders behind me were given to the people and when I asked for more sweet and sour the girl threw them in the bag with an attitude. This message may be discredited by the owner / manager but I really hope the next time I order from you , your employees can treat their customers with respect .

This McDonalds seems to be better than most in the area (there a good one off of 48 & Jackson in Indio too). The employees tend to be fairly nice and halfway knowledgeable in their skill set (as anywhere there's always one to mess it up). They get the order right and hot 8 of 10 times. Prices have gone up and the meal deals are hit and miss with stuff you really want.

I've never had a problem with this McDonalds. I'm sure I'm the exception and not the norm but drive thru is always easy and my food always comes out right. Granted I'm only a single person who brings one or two friends. I also haven't been inside the venue since the pandemic so I can't comment on the inside. It's always best to get the bogo deals on the app so don't forget em! Saves a lot of time and money. Cashiers are always nice. No problems here

Not sure why people do not like this McDonalds. The food is always hot and fresh. The employees are courteous and friendly. The place is very clean and where can you go to McDonalds and have a Mountain View?
