We had a party of 14 to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Majo was our server, and she did a fabulous job of keeping all of our orders and special requests fulfilled. She was pleasant and efficient. Everyone liked what they ordered and found the helpings plenty. The stacks of pancakes were so big, none of the kiddos could finish!

It has been years since I've been to a Mimi's. Back then I thought of it as a pie, baked goods, breakfast and pastries place. I guess you can still get those things now. But we tried it just for old time's sake. Nothing wrong with it, and although things did not look shabby, they certainly looked dated and the place was virtually empty. I don't know how they stay in business. It's well located and maybe there are times when there's more business.

Okay, so I'm not gonna lie... My wife and I got to Mimi's Cafe before any other customer arrived, and it felt like we had reserved the place all to ourselves for about 15 or 20 minutes. That added an extra special element to our date night. 🥰 The food was delicious, and the service was of course, amazing. We hadn't been to a Mimi's Cafe for years so this brought back fond memories of the Corn Chowder and Cobb Salad we always enjoyed there.
