We ate here tonight for my cousin’s birthday. I have been here in the past and the food was good and the service was good. However, tonight our service was absolutely awful. Our party all ordered around the same time and two of my family members never got their food. The server completely forgot that we had additional food that we needed at our table although we reminded them multiple times. There was no sense of urgency and no apology was given. The server never brought the soup and salad to one of our family members and when we asked about it she said that she didn’t think that we needed or wanted it. My cousin didn’t get his food until all of us had finished our food and the server did not apologize once. The food was good however this restaurant needs to ensure that their servers are better than this.

I went on a date with a special woman and it was a great experience. The food is excellent as well as the staff. Their sushi is a work of art that tastes excellent. The restaurant has great ambiance and I would recommend going there for a wonderful experience. I Love it.

Good food. However, service was a bit low. My party felt like you almost had to throw yourself half way into the aisle to get anyones attention. The male picking up the plates at the tables performed the best the entire night. Good for him.

The food is always amazing .But with these servers you can never find them. They aren’t helpful with explaining anything on the menu. They stand in the corner talking and talking instead of attending tables. Oh and to make matters worse the server dropped my drink all of me and gave me a couple of napkins to wipe it off. And disappeared again. Didn’t care. So now I had coke all over me and I’m soaked. All she was worried about was that we paid the bill.
This is the worse experience I have ever had here. And regardless of how amazing the food is I am debating on returning especially if those specific serves that are there are still there.

We usually have a great time when we go eat here. Not tonight. The server forgot our appetizer. When we were served our meal, she just shrugged and asked if we still wanted it. No discount, no apology, nothing. I can go to other places that even if I don't ask for an app, they'll give it for free. Maybe I should think twice before I go next.

I’ve had better sushi and sashimi during my travels, so this place was a letdown. Traditional nigiri typically has wasabi between the rice and fish, but it was missing here. Our sushi and sashimi set also didn’t come with wasabi or ginger on the side.

Service was slow—our waitress barely checked on us, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for our card to be taken.

My boyfriend ended up getting up twice: once to get the wasabi and ginger, and again to give our card to pay. Overall, a disappointing experience with zero service whatsoever.

Quality was very normal, sushi was too big for one bite, if you crave for sushi and limited choice, you can visit there!

Sashimi was tasty, with big slices and a great value! Rolls are huge.
