This place use to be wonderful but has taken a turn. I understand the place might be understaffed, so with the servers I know they are trying their best. However, my disappointment comes with the chefs and food. The sushi we ordered has MANY bones, so sharp they cut my fiancés throat. We asked for a refund and the chefs said “there’s bones in sushi” which if you do some a little bit of research it’s not suppose to. I have been coming to this place for a while and it gets worse every time.

It was one of the worst experiences. When we just got in, NO ONE greeted us or hosted us even though servers were not busy (they were chatting). Some servers saw us but ignored us. We were waiting for like 5 min. But NOBODY came to us, so we just sat on the empty table by ourselves. They NEVER came to us till I asked them to give us a menu. We didn't know who our server was, and it was very hard to order some food. Woodong was nice, but the salmon smelled too fishy. It seems it went bad a bit. With the price, I do not recommend going there.

Drove 30 minutes arriving at 9:28 to place an order to go on a Saturday night (they close at 10) was told they are closing early at 930. Extremely disappointed. I have had exceptional food here in the past.

Wanted to order some of my favorite rolls after not being here for a while but apparently that is not okay. Called at 9:28pm to place a pickup order for TWO rolls and no one answered. When someone did finally answer it was a lady who was rude and said they only take pickup orders online. I go online and it shuts off to place an order as I’m ordering at 9:30 pm. I call back just to see if she can take my order since i can definitely be there by 9:45pm (before they close) she refuses and tells me the last call is at 9:30pm. How convenient to not tell me that when I called two minutes before it even turned 9:30pm. And funny how that’s changed, I remember ordering even at 9:35pm and being there at 9:45 to pick up my order and my order going through. I guess not anymore, since they close everything off at 9:30pm and not 10pm. If that’s so you should update your hours to say 9:30pm not 10pm. Since you can’t take any orders past 9:30pm then what’s the point of saying “open until 10pm”.

Rolls are HUGE this could be good or bad depending on your preference but no matter what you order it’s going to be a delicious and each dish definitely puts on a show ! The place is small and cozy and service is good. The only thing I do stay away from here is the lemonade never had a lemonade taste so synthetic and fake. Over all this is a great establishment with rolls that have personality.

Misaki has always been my favorite sushi spot. The food portions were the best in the valley for me and the waitresses were always on point and super inviting. The service is what always keep my coming back.
Sad to say the restaurant lost its effort.
I requested another table and gave no rush into it and gladly opened up a table for us to move. Took our drinks right away and gave us enough time to look over the menu. We received our entree before the appetizer (Spicy Edamame) we told them to cancel the order of Edamame but it was right behind the server. We would’ve enjoyed to have the appetizer first after waiting a good 20 mins. Requested some side sauces and they never came. Once we noticed 10 mins later, my date went to stand up and get it for us instead. My drink was only filled once and took over 40 mins for someone to even drop off the check to us. And over 20 mins for someone to pick up the payment. My date once again stood up and took the payment to them so we can finally leave.
Personally, it should never get to a point where the customer needs to stand up and get their self taken care of

It took awhile to get in here, every time we tried to go the wait was long but we finally went and got a table. Food was good, presentation of the food was great. Service was good as well.

Not sure why I’m even giving 2 stars. Maybe bc the food looked absolutely beautiful. Everything else about this place is over rated. Table was filthy when seated (clearly had not been wiped after previous patrons)We asked to have it wiped and she wiped about 1/3 of the table. The whole place is just drab and dingy. Absent of any decor at all. We were not given utensils. When I asked, my husband got them but I did not. I asked again. Didn’t get them. Husband got 9 pc sashimi. The salmon was good, red tuna ok, yellow fin mushy old and inedible. When he asked about it waitress said it just comes like that. My Golden California roll looked amazing and was ok but some kind of ground salmon mix on top rather than fresh. Were told soup and salad “came with” my husbands food. Side salad was fresh and delicious and soup was fine. It did not come “with meal” bc we were charged extra for both (we inquired and it was removed). The help there is unfriendly and unhelpful. No one checked on us, refilled water, nor said “thanks for coming in”. Other than the beautiful presentation it’s hard to find anything good to say.
