I ordered a cake for my nieces birthday since I couldn’t make it. I put the order in her mom’s name and the pickup in her dad’s name. Her dad went to pickup the cake and provided the pick up name several times. The cashier confirmed each time that she saw the pick up name but continued to ask for additional information to pick up the cake. He said several other people were in the store and she continued to question things, even though he had a screenshot of the order with the cake details and order number. Now I order from NBC all the time and I’ve only ever had to give a name, but of course a black man goes into the store it could only be because he wants to steal a random princess cake. Not cool, I’ll order from the other bakery moving forward. Please be mindful in 2025 as this area is full of athletes and celebrities and you never know who could be coming into the store to make this a bigger issue.

I ordered a strawberries and cream Bundt Cake for $49. When I picked it up I noticed that the cake was not the normal light pink color. It was as dark as the outside of the carrot cake . I asked if it could be remade because it was obviously overcooked. The sweet girl checked on that for me. She assured me that the cake was the correct flavor and that they always look like that. The cake tasted burned and was extremely dry . VERY DISAPPOINTING.

They advertise flavors they can not fulfill. Wasted my time, gas and have to wait 3 days for my refund. No apology or effort to make it right. Lousy customer service.

These little cakes are heavenly. I had the chocolate chocolate chip, and it was moist and delicious. It was topped with a creamy buttercream frosting. They are individually, packaged to keep in the moisture, but are pretty enough to give us a gift.
I hate cake. I was given these Nothing Bundt Cakes as gifts on two separate occasions and they are so good lol. No idea how much they cost or which ones are most popular - I just know they’re delicious.

The staff at the La Quinta location were terribly rude! It easnt just onecoerdon but wver oersin working in the store was rude. I felt like I was imposing upon them when I picked up the cake I ordered. I requested help to remove the cellophane to add a special cake topper and they looked at me like I was from another planet! I will never go back and will tell my friends about my experience.

Cute little bakery. I was serviced within 8 minutes in and out of the store. Free surface parking lot. I got an assortment of 12 bundtinis for $33 with mixed flavors and one big bundt cake for a few travel PTs leaving my office location. Total bill was $36. If you want a special card message made with the box it would be 0.50 cents more. I was actually blown away with the taste and moistness of the cakes. My favorite flavor is by far the strawberry and cream. Friendly helpful staff. If you want to make any custom box orders then you must order in advance and they do answer the phones here to do so. Ill def be back.
