Came in around 9 to make a simple order. I was served by Alexxie T. There was an accident in the order. From the start and throughout while I was trying to order, my server decided to keep talking to her co-worker about a trip to cabazon. Needless to say I’m not surprised when I came home to see my order wasn’t correct. Got a double protein plate with no rice, awesome.

Sadly, I should have paid attention to reviews. It was an experiences I will not go back to and not recommend. 1st thing I said was I'll wait for the new drop of Kung pao, as not even a single scoop was avail.
Then beef broc. out, noodles, out. Org.chicken, out. Im still standing there. Finally I asked to refund me. Then offered a drink or app. Thank you no. I'd like my order. Finally got it, SO DISAPPOINTED.
Won't go back to location, oh, and Ashti, mumbled to CO worker about me but I could still hear her. LOTS OF PEOPLE OUT OF WORK recommended you keep looking for replacement.

Delicious food but small portions. I’ve been to many Panda Express restaurants and this place is the worst. Ordered the 2 item plate and still felt hungry. They have raised the price but give you less food than before. Not returning.

Walked in the door at 812pm almost an hour before closing. They still had guests, but all 4 employees chose to ignore me for 15 minutes before a young lady finally appeared and grumble mumbled a limp “welcometopanda” with the grimmest expression of misery and defeat that it killed my appetite nd my mood and left me with no choice but to NEVER SPEND MONEY here again.
Also took photos because a guest went up and conplained to them about their lack of service too and I caught that awkward moment. Also took a photo of the only food they had available which looked picked and soggy and sad. I’ve had terrible experiences here in the past 2 to 3 months. Is there new management? Fire them immediately. Whoever is managing evenings is a JOKE and has no business working in Service industry. Appalling. I went to subway across the street instead AND HAPPILY PAID MORE FOR MY MEAL. Shame on you Panda.

Never Again, I want to upload a picture of the $38.00 I paid for delivery of a two item meal that had BURNT spicy orange chicken… and terrible old egg rolls and all the food was discarded, you will never get my business and should be a shame the 🌶️ we’re BLACK and the meat was so hard I could use it as golf balls.

Live 1/2 mile away last two take out delivery has been terrible! Just called the Manager to complain, $30/order + tip. Walnut shrimp was good, beef pepper steak hard as a rock ( we threw it out), chow Mein noodles hard and unedable. How long was the steak and chow mein noodles sitting out. My take out order was at 4:30 dinner time? Wouldn’t you expect fresh food? Won’t be going back - what a waste of $30 plus tip!

I called this location and talked to a very nice girl named Alexis. I asked her if they had the vegan plant based orange chicken. She said yes. I asked her if it was fresh and that I was driving 12 miles to get it. She said she would make sure that it was cooked fresh and that it would be ready when we got there. This kind of customer service is what dreams are made of.
