Panera in La Quinta is my go-to coffee place. I've made new friends with the other regulars and the employees. Special mention goes to Rosa, Soleil, Tony, and the general manager Ubaldo. He always makes a round of the dining room greeting customers when he comes in. The food is freshly prepared and my order is always accurately made.

I had stopped coming to Panera as every time I went their shelves were empty and I’m talking early in the morning. Today pleasantly surprised! Lovely place, bright, clean, great staff. Tony told me they take pride in their store. It showed. After taking my order he was busy wiping tables, cleaning, and greeting the customers like family. Shelves were stocked with yummy looking pastry’s and my bagel and coffee were great, I will be back!

Panera quality is back! I had an awesome meal at a great value and the ambiance is great to do some office/school work while you get a pastry and a coffee. I recommend the flavofull strawberry salad with puppy seeds, it was in season and it was delicious. Pair it with the Italian sandwich and you got yourself a great meal.
I run a company over 30 years, if the customer asked me specifically they like something a certain way and we emphasize three times what they asked for and my guys or gals drop the ball. They will not last at any job if you cannot follow directions. So again Panera cannot make the order the way we ask for it. Very simple order. So if you want to solve the bad reviews you got to get rid of the manager. Why the manager it's not the workers fault. The manager and whoever they hired to choose who gets to work there got to go. Because they're choosing the wrong workers and they're not keeping an eye on them to see if they're doing the job right. Get rid of the manager and you'll get rid of the bad reviews very simple and working 30 years I should know , in my field. So you know I have some reviews over 3,000 views and counting . Take care
