Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I went to Red Robin last week to have dinner with my aunt I've never met before we were there for hours until it closed I had an amazing time the atmosphere was perfect there the workers are very attentive my aunt and i had a salad I don't remember the name of it but let me tell you that salad was bomb! I will definitely be going back

Very dirty and rundown, cold food and very slow service

We got sat down and they gave us our drinks but never came back to take our orders. Waited 25-30 minutes for the waiter to take our order after she said she’ll be back in a few minutes. We signaled a different waiter to see if we could order, he said he’d get our waiter but she never came. Waited so long that the table next to us that was empty got sat, drinks and order taken then served.

Couldn’t have been happier!!

This review was long overdue. I went for my birthday and had the best experience!

Alyssa was my waitress. She was soooo sweet, yet professional, attentive to all my needs and very efficient throughout.

I ordered the burger with the egg inside and it was cooked to perfection. The bottomless fries were the cherry on top.

I asked Alyssa if she could ensure the fries came out hot each time, and they did! Considering they were bottomless, I really commend her attentiveness and genuine care; she really made my night!

WOW what a joke of a restaurant and a waste of money. My husband and I went in for the $9.99 burger/drink/bottomless fries deal. We came in an hour and a half before closing and we were only customers there. Bad sign. As soon as they sat us they turned off the TVs we were watching. Okay guess we’re eating in silence now. Ordered a mojito. No prices on the menu of course so you can’t think twice. Waited and waited for it. Heard the server walking around talking to coworkers about how he can’t find the bartender. Okay great. We get the burger and it was COMICALLY small! I’m talking smaller than a jr cheeseburger! Three bites and it was gone! Ordered garlic fries which they’ve been out of for awhile with the excuse “the company we order them from are on strike” okay thanks for admitting that you guys don’t even make your fries in house? How hard is it to throw some garlic on the regular fries? Lazy, cheap restaurant. Second round of fries were absolutely covered in salt to the point they were inedible. Said forget it at that point. Got the bill and it was $50! Sitting there confused for awhile until the server had to come and fix the bill. All in all $47 with tip for a tiny burger and we were hungry an hour later. Do these greedy restaurants not understand how hard we have to work to afford a nice night out at a restaurant and this is the service we get? Oh by the way that tiny mojito was $12!!! I could have bought a whole bottle of wine for that!! NEVER going back! Shame on you!

Red Ribbon is one of my go-to places for a great burger. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They are right on it when it comes to customer service and food consistency. The atmosphere here is nice. Music, sports are always on and the patrons seem to like the atmosphere as much as I do. Great job Red Robin!

The bread on mine and my sons burger was really hard I asked if that was normal the waitress (she was really nice) talked to her manager said he was going to come out to talk to me (he didn’t) Waitress claims held up gave me a coupon for a free entree I just paid for my meal and left the coupon there last time I’m coming here.

We had lunch here as we usually do when in town. Our burgers were perfectly prepared. My husband ordered sweet potato fries and got the bottom of the bag (all little ones) but they were cooked as requested.

The service was very good. The hostess and manager were enthusiastic and welcoming. We hope to visit again in the future.

Delicious big burgers 🍔

We had a good lunch for my nieces birthday. Its cheaper to order a burger, fries and drink here than it is at fast food restaurants. They had a $9.99 deal and it can be upgraded with a beer 😉
