I found Roberts' Ranch Catering & Events on Yelp. My younger sister and I were planning a bachelorette party in Palm Springs for our older sister. They popped up because they are in La Quinta. During the year it took to plan this party, Chef Mark and Amy were SUPER responsive and transparent. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, "crack" bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The "crack" bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. They did everything from set up, cooking, plating, serving and clean up.Thank you, Chef Mark and Amy, for everything! We are still talking about your cooking :)

Half the food was burnt but cold in the middle and it tasted like pure rubber. My toddler can cook better than this and he knows the difference between hot and cold.

Had Chef Mark make lunch for my friends and I in Palm Springs. Chef Mark showed up on time, with his assistant. They came in and got right down to business and in no time, there was a huge spread laid out. The salad was AH-MAZING! I don't know what the dressing was, but it needs to be bottled. The salad was the right combination of vegetables, cheese and dressing to be perfect. The deviled eggs! The Roasted vegetables! Jalapeno cornbread with honey butter (to die for!). Whatever he used on the potato salad was heavenly! Cowboy burgers and ribs!! The ribs fell off the bone and I ate mine with a spoon! We were stuffed for 2 days, but don't think the lemon blueberry cheesecake went to waste! They cleaned and offered to clear, but no one was letting go of their plates! The young woman with chef was very friendly, wonderful and cheerful. She was the perfect hype-man to have in the kitchen with Chef Mark. We planned to have brunch the next morning, but we had leftovers with mimosas instead. Thanks for a great experience!

I got the scallops with lemongrass puree and it was abysmal. Just absolutely disgusting. Also would not recommend letting this man be near kids

Such a fantastic chef! Personable, professional, and overall an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and the detail put into both dishes for our brunch were immaculate! He came out to our villa and cooked for our bachelorette party and had a friendly presence while taking care of our individual needs. I highly recommend him for any party, or event!

Chef Mark’s meal was truly impressive! The appetizer of cucumbers and crab bites were light and refreshing. The main course of ribeye was cooked to perfection, with a wonderful wine reduction and asparagus that was mouth watering. And the potatoes! They were perfectly seasoned and delicious. His lava cake was by far the best dessert I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding. Looking forward to many more wonderful meals prepared by Chef Mark.
