Had Chef Mark make lunch for my friends and I in Palm Springs. Chef Mark showed up on time, with his assistant. They came in and got right down to business and in no time, there was a huge spread laid out. The salad was AH-MAZING! I don't know what the dressing was, but it needs to be bottled. Such a fantastic chef! Personable, professional, and overall an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and the detail put into both dishes for our brunch were immaculate! He came out to our villa and cooked for our bachelorette party and had a friendly presence while taking care of our individual needs. I highly recommend him for any party, or event!
