Rubio's Coastal Grill

This place is always clean. The staff & service are great. We always enjoy the food. Recently, I ordered a pick-up & the food was ready when we got there. It was a great experience because even if that particular order was a BOGO, chose 2 Cali bowls & I ate 1 bowl 2x, 1/2 @ lunch & the other @ dinner. For the price I paid for I scored 😁. Happy eating everyone!!!

First timer. I order the Baja beer batter shrimp tacos ( 2 ) and the Mexican street corn shrimp tacos ( 2 ) they were both good but I liked the street corn tacos better.

The food here is always fresh and tastes great. The only two issues I've experienced here, more than once, are (1) my online order was not ready for pickup at the time promised and (2) forgetting to put the salsas and sauces I requested in with my online order.

Showed up there around 3pm. Food was good but restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty along with the salsa bar. And there were no customers in the restaurant when we walked in. Probably ly won't go back

It's terrific for a quick bit.

We all no Rubio's but the la quinta location has something different going for it and this is the customer service, I actually look forward to going to pick up food from this location the service is superb indeed.

Quick eat. Love their picante salsa and Diablo and grilled chicken burrito all the time. Close by 111 , they have rewards system. Prices have gone up a little bit however rewards makes it totally worth it. People at register are friendly and you can do survey after paying the food at rubioslisten and get free drinks or dessert. Totally a free treat it’s worth taking the survey. Food quality is good and the store is kept pretty clean most of times. Service is awesome and taking survey encourage these people as well

Great food there with fast delivery

Multiple times I have come here and not only did they make the incorrect order but they overcharged for it. I typically love Rubio’s, but this location tends to give incorrect orders. Twice this month… As I just moved to this location… They have made my order incorrect. It’s not even the order I placed. Each order is approx 20+ dollars, and since I prefer to be intentional with my money and I don’t dine out often this feels disheartening.

It’s not even the same food. So I get to just throw the money away my time away and the food away…

I’m not asking for them to make something special. I’m ordering straight from their menu.

And since the food is a bit overpriced, I would expect to receive exactly what I Ordered…

I understand if it happened once… That’s why I didn’t write a review but when it happens twice in the past month, I find that ignorant and they’re not looking at the orders. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has this issue and it’s frustrating…. Because you’re just losing money and you’re not enjoying your food.

The fish taco is always my go to staple, but the spice on the shrimp taco is just right. Love this place for a quick lunch. The people were great and the salsa bar let's you dial in your spice level.

Went in to check out this place yesterday night to see the staff arguing with a customer who was waiting for a order .they then had issues with the next three customers orders in line and then someone was picking up a delivery and the person serving was very rude even shouting at the customers and delivery guy saying you just have to wait at least 20; minutes more your not special. I could hear the order was already late as all the previous ones were as well. So with that we gave up as the staff were very rude.
