Went in to check out this place yesterday night to see the staff arguing with a customer who was waiting for a order .they then had issues with the next three customers orders in line and then someone was picking up a delivery and the person serving was very rude even shouting at the customers and delivery guy saying you just have to wait at least 20; minutes more your not special. I could hear the order was already late as all the previous ones were as well. So with that we gave up as the staff were very rude.

Sadly this location is getting just as bad as many others ... night crew is generally pretty good but the lunch crew which I experienced this last Monday was awful...rude ... and just couldn't handle it... Manager was yelling from the kitchen to the front... I asked About my order and the manager which the app said ready at 12:41 but I ended up leaving without my meal at 1:13pm Manager offered me Nothing and no apology what so ever !!! Good luck to them... Bummer since this is the closest to me ...

The quality of the food is superb and always so fresh and tasty.Vegetarian options: Plenty of plant based options including all vegetables.
My fish burrito order had very little to no fish, a very expensive veggie burrito. My wife's original fish tacos were good.

Slow service and felt the dining area could be much cleaner. Water dispenser was not working and bathrooms need updated. With that said, the food was very good. Love the tacos, chopped salad and quesadillas. Meat had great flavor.
Ate twice via online pickup orders past week. Orders were ready on time. Steak Nachos & Steak Burrito Especial both times were delicious, thank you kitchen crew. Reasonably priced for the size. Little bit of a chaotic counter but finding enough staff is hard these days. General dining room atmosphere seemed average.

Rubios should be on everyone's restaurant rotation list. Everytime we return, we're reminded we need to visit more often. The taco trio is my choice. Grilled shrimp, grilled mahi, deep fried fish. A great combination!

The General Manager, Adriana, was the most abnoxious person I’ve heard in a dining area. She was ranting to a coworker about the schedule, co workers, and her problems in such a bad attitude and loud tone for everyone in restaurant to hear.Nobody wants to hear that. Wanted to say, “hey, shut up”, but I’d rather leave this review. Very unprofessional for a General Manager.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Horrendously terribly run location. Having to wait 45 minutes past the stated time for an online order is simply unacceptable. Coupled with the terrible customer service and attitude the staff has, this location should be shut down. Do not recommend. Please avoid this location.
