Sabatinos Pizza Pasta and Wings

I've eaten at the restaurant, I've ordered take out and I've also ordered via delivery service. This place takes forever to get an order and every time I get the food it's soggy and Luke warm. Can't believe I've given this place this many tries. How can you be this slow as a restaurant that makes pizza!?

Very poor experience. We were told the wait would be about one hour, but it ended up being much longer. When my girlfriend asked for an update, the hosts (Sophia and Alexa) argued and insisted they had said an hour and a half, making it feel like she was being called a liar instead of simply helping us.

I had already been sitting inside for about 30 minutes, clearly waiting. The owner even came out and asked staff how they could improve communication, but never once came over to apologize or address us directly.

Between the long wait, rude response, and lack of accountability from management, the customer service here was extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointing experience. We were told the wait would be about one hour, but after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes I went inside to check and was told another 20 minutes. Instead of helping, the hosts (Sophia and Alexa) insisted they had said an hour and a half and basically argued with me about it. I asked if they were calling me and liar then and she nodded basically agreeing and continued repeating they said an hour and half about 10 times back and forth. When I asked for one of the girls name she ignored me and went to the back to fold boxes while speaking to the employees.

What made it worse was hearing people in the kitchen laughing and saying they “haven’t had a one-hour wait since 4 PM.” The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I understand restaurants get busy, but the way we were treated was rude and disrespectful. A simple apology or honest update would have gone a long way.

I really had a good experience the first time I had pizza here but lately the pizza has not even been cooked they didn't get my order right they were rude I waited 2 hours for a pizza that wasn't even cooked horrible horrible horrible experience

Once again, Sabatinos has disappointed with their long wait times and this time a very subpar pizza. Was told an hour wait for a to-go pizza and waited almost an hour and a half with at least 10 other people waiting. As I arrived one couple walked out to be chased down by the front counter gal who chatted in the parking lot for five minutes with them, then came back inside and proceeded to relay her entire conversation to the cook in the back while 10 of us waited, having to overhear her whole conversation. Disappointing, but usually worth the hassle of the long wait, rude front desk staff that you can hear talking about other customers with a lot of giggling and talking going on in the back, this time the pizza dough was almost raw. We won’t be coming back, which is very disappointing. They should get some extra help and have their front of house be a lot more professional.

I’ve only been twice but it’s sooo good.

Food: sauce - perfect
Meats- perfect
Cheeses- perfect
Pasta- al dente
Fountain drinks- perfect.

Really though it’s a classic pizzeria feel and the stuff seems home made. Good crust, solid sauces, and very accommodating staff.

Service: So far we’ve met Morgan and Austin (Brother & Sister?) and Vanessa everyone very kind very hospitable and just an all around blessing to interact with.

Atmosphere: small dining room but quaint and cozy, TV in the dining and the music wasn’t too loud.

We really enjoyed our visit both times.

They have a personal pan and salad lunch social $10.95 perfect portions even with a little left over. No drink but that’s fine🙂

Simply the best pizza in the desert. And Sheris Famous Wings are incredibly juicy and flavorful with just a hint of heat.

Made a take out order, was told it'd be 15 - 20 minutes. Took 40 minutes and was given the wrong order.

I was no my way back home and wanted some pizza and Sabatinos did not disappoint. It was my first time there and everything was delicious, fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be going back.

I went to Sabatino Pizza and Wings, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I waited for almost two hours, and my order never arrived, so I had to cancel it. This isn’t the first time this has happened — it’s been an ongoing issue. The staff members are polite and friendly, but the management is very poor. They really need to improve their organization and delivery time.

Excellent food, as stated in other reviews generous portions at resonal prices, will definitely be returning!!

So if you love pizza this place does it right! I have never been here before. We had a friend visiting from out of town and decided to try something new in La Quinta. First thing we got there when they opened. We didn't feel rushed at all. We placed our order not sure what to expect and had our drinks. The atmosphere felt like a pizza place and the drinks were basic enough. The fact they had plenty of customers as soon as they opened is a good sign. The food was prompt as much as a pizza can be said something. All I can say is we definitely will be back and eat here again. I mean a bit tough to find, but once you know where to go just try it.

We decided to buy takeout from Sabatinos. Their reviews looked good and referred to it has a hidden gem…it truly is! We ordered a firebird pizza and chicken Parmesan. The prices were more than reasonable; large portion, lots of sauce and noodles, and thicken tender chicken. It was delicious. The firebird pizza had huge chunks of chicken on top and they didn’t skimp. It was all ready in less than thirty minutes. We will definitely be back again! This is worth a try and a revisit!
