i’m a starbucks worker myself and have never had this type of experience, the worker taking the order was nice. the quality of the drink was not there, half full drinks when i asked for whip, no whip.. at least fill up the coffee. if im paying $6 for a drink at least make it right

We had to stop going, macha green tea frap tastes like shaved ice, hubby says his coffee is always burnt. Makes us sad because we love the location. Use to be awesome! What happened.

Food & coffee was excellent as usual. But for the first time ever, the staff and atmosphere were disappointing. No personal cup discount or stars, despite saying it at the time of order. Plus, I handed her my cup and she filled it (counter order). Then the topper! The most neglected bathroom that i have ever encountered at Starbucks. Trash all over the floors and the walls need to wiped once in a while. (Photos included)

Had to get up and ask for my beverage. Did not eat any food. The servers were friendly. The facility was very clean and arranged nicely. The coffee was excellent as always at Starbucks.

Asked for whipped cream on my mocha TWICE while ordering in the drive through. Did they do as I asked? Nope! Make sure you sit and hold up the line and inspect your order to make sure it’s correct. (Why did I hit the tip button?)

Vegetarian options: Some stuff is vegan. So am I.
Kid-friendliness: This is in a shopping center so I think it's kid friendly.
Their Caramel Macchiatos are the worst I've ever had. I always think they might be better each time I go, but nope! Always horribly diluted. Tastes like caramel water. They need to teach their baristas not to over-drip the espresso. I now go to the one in 111 & 42nd. Never any problems there.
Tried this Starbucks again because it's what the delivery app used. Ordered a hot matcha latte with almond milk for delivery. It was two inches from the top of the cup, tasted horribly watery and had a weird bitter taste. Had to throw the whole thing out. I order these frequently at different locations, so I know what it should taste like. I've never had one like this. My guess is their baristas need better training.

I’ve been coming to this location for two years and it’s by far my favorite Starbucks. They are always friendly and I rarely need to wait that long. Place is always clean too. Today I went in around noon and Daniel took care of me. He definitely went over and beyond. I would never forget this day! Thank you so much again for everything!

What happened.
