My daughter wanted a chocolate croissant. I had to wait 20 minutes. The guy was obviously new and forgot to warm up my croissant in the process. He served three people that came after me didn’t acknowledge me to say r u still waiting just ignored me . He also gave a free drink to a girl that just came up to the counter. When I finally asked him about it he did not apologize. He said I’ll get it right now. Then another male Associate grab the croissant and just set it on the counter didn’t say here you go. I’m sorry about that. No apologies. In the midst of everything they were complaining about how tired they were. They were also on their cell phones. There was no Manager on site and I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service because Starbucks always goes above and beyond for their customers. This was not it. Will not be buying anything from the Starbucks ever again. It’s just sad to see that that quality of customer service has diminished there is no joy in the work . A job is a blessing and you should make the most of your time spent there.

They ran out of Pumpkin cold brew but Giselle put me on a new drink and it was delicious! I wanted to know what it was so she wrote it down for me! She was super.nice and helpful even went the extra mile and helped m as to where I can find it !
