I'm not one to write yelp reviews but my very weird interaction with the barista in the drive thru made me decide to write one. I mobile ordered myself two drinks one iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and a ice chai tea latte with Vanilla cold foam. So, I pull up to the drive thru and tell them I have a mobile order for Caitlyn. The barista younger dude (dark black hair, didn't catch his name) must of thought he was being funny but proceeds to randomly say, "CAITLYN JENNERRRR!". I was honestly kind of annoyed/shocked and didn't say anything. After a couple seconds of no response from me he proceeds to then say, " Is that Caitlyn spelled with a C or K". I tell him C in an annoyed tone and he quietly replies okay pull up the first window. I get to window and he gives my drinks, which I can tell by looking at them were pretty sad. No extra caramel/ tasted bitter and really lacking on the cold foam I paid extra for. I didn't say anything because I just wanted to leave at that point, and not be made fun of or whatever. It's always something with this location. I won't be back anytime soon. Maybe hire some employees with some maturity and customer experience Starbucks LQ.

Great location, friendly staff and clean environment. Drive thru is always fast and easy!
*** Plastic Straws !!! So ... you have to navigate away from Palm Springs in order to get plastic straws for your drinks. Plastic straws are not legally allowed in Palm Springs ... as ridiculous as that is. Paper straws are ALSO bad for people. I choose NOT to use paper straws. Also ... this location is beautiful in the AM. Several areas are fantastic for working on your computer. There is a full blown drive thru and the staff seem really really nice.

They gave me a cup full of ice with barely any drink. Three sips and it was gone. Could of done better, I paid for coffee not ice.

Lori and some of the other ladies at this store are the BEST they make visiting Starbucks a treat. This by far is the best location, it can get busy but I’d rather wait for a smiling face than poor customer service at other locations.

I was in the drive-through but then after ordering realize I left my wallet at home and they were the greatest. They went out ahead and gave me my order and they turned a bad day into a fantastic day. They are awesome I love their service.

Love this place! It is my favorite place to study— I have passed many exams thanks to the vibe of this starbucks. My one ☝️ complaint is that the music is SOOOO LOUD in there. I can hear music through my noise cancellation airpods which is also blasting music. Love you guys, but please, turn the music down a

At La Quinta location they make us wait more than 5 mins to take our order, only 3 car on front of us, also we wait for more than 30 mins to get to the window and still wait 10 mins more for them to give us the drinks, so far very bad service
