Went through the drive through around 7pm on July 20th 2025. Employee Mireya R. yankef my card out of my hand. Didn't say a word to me once, in fact she didn't even look at me. Handed me my drink and walked off. So incredibly rude. Never eating there again due to Mireya and her horrible lack of decent customer service.

I ordered 3 tacos and an aqafina water...i went to get my tacos and had to ask for my water..the lady forced me to show my receipt which was on my phone to prove i had ordered the water..very frustrating and poor service as this water was on my order and they should have known this rather tham me have to prove..and the water was free..unbelievable incompetence

Horrible service. Waited for over 45 minutes and was not allowed to order despite being trapped in line. Arrived at the menu to order before close and they shut everything down without taking our order. Absolutely poor customer service. If you have a line of people you either serve them or you send someone out to stop the line. You take people who have been here for a substantial amount of time. Then to try and lie saying “we put all of the food away” give me a break. I hope corporate visits this and adjusts your poor practice and gets rid of this manager.

In such a store, the waiter didn't even smile. We went to spend in the past, instead of going to see their wrinkled faces. I also saw the takeaway guy go to their house to pick up the food, took two drinks, a pile of food, but there was not even a drink. Only when it is convenient for others can our enterprise become bigger and stronger. How can such an inhumane store be worth our consumption~

Ordered two Chalupa‘s and a taco combo meal the Chalupa’s weren’t even in the correct shell. The taco was all broken up. I am fully going to ask for a refund

The only Taco Bell I’ve ever been to that wouldn’t sell me a flat bread as a side order. There was no explanation and the lady behind the counter (Maria T, according to receipt) didn’t even try to place my flatbread order. The only answer was “no, we don’t do that!” In a rude tone too. Any further attempts was just met with a “we don’t do that here” “they” said we can’t do that. But it’s an obvious option on their menu. So I not recommend you come to this Taco Bell.

The girl who works mornings (says Jazmyn on receipt) is the sweetest and kindest personality every time I stop by. That kind of consistency deserves a raise just for her pleasantry and I hope she does well and prospers in life. Taco Bell, good hire. ??? Ya did good.
