We had high hopes. Menu looked amazing. Here is the list of issues we had. It took over 1,5 hrs to finally get our food. We inquired about the order and server was surprised that it wasn’t delivered. He acknowledged himself “ hm, you didn’t get your food? yes, it’s way too long!” They delivered wrong orders and were missing 2 orders all together. In two of the orders they ran out of an ingredient, so it wasn’t done as promised on the menu. I asked for “ extra crispy home fries” and got raw ones ( so in a way they were correct, they were crispy, not because they were cooked , though, but because they were raw). They did remake them. I have to mention that the servers were very nice and understanding trying to fix the issues. However the “cherry on top” was they overcharged us, they literally added items we never ordered to the bill. We arrived around 11 am and left after 1pm. Way too long for a breakfast. Needless to say that at that time the restaurant wasn’t packed.

It was Ceaser's first day. He did a great job. We are sure he will be a great asset to your company. The food was excellent, Ceaser's trainer was very good and friendly. One draw back: the food out of the kitchen was slow even though it wasn't rush hour lunch or breakfast .

Food was good. However the place was fairly slow and our food took over 30 mins from when we ordered and I'm sure it would have been longer had we not said anything. We stresses we were in a hurry and were catching a flight. And asked for Bill as food was served and then still needed to get managers attention to pay because no one would close us out. We made the flight but who needs the stress.. it's breakfast good fast and cheap. This was none of the above and restrooms were dirty..

Would have given zero stars if I were able to... worst experience. Took over 30min to get our drinks and another hour to get food! Everyone in the restaurant was not pleased with their service. Would not go there ever again - IHOP would have been better in hindsight.

Do NOT go to this location. Aside from the 20 minute wait while 6-10 tables sat open, the food is abominable unless you like your toast BURNED completely black. My Monte Cristo arrived the color of asphalt. The 2nd order came out half black half medium. After waiting over an hour for breakfast, I gave up trying to get a real monte cristo, ate the filling and left the burnt bread on the plate. To add insult to injury, the ice tea tasted like coffee. No idea what happened to this place but it now SUCKS!

I ordered Golden state Benedict with home fries. I received differently cooked egges. 1 well poached with set whites and the 2nd there was only a set yolk/uncooked whites. And freezer burned cold side of home fries. A to go lemonade in a coffee cup that spilled everywhere as there was no sticker over coffee lid hole.

The place was nice but the wait was LONG. The food was ok but we had to wait a very very very long while to get the food. The food was missing flavor, for breaks fast you would think they couldn't mess it up, but somehow they did. Only saving grace was that one of my kids liked their food. Sorry , won't be coming back
Great place to come and have breakfast with the family. Unfortunately and sad to said, that the waiting period to obtain a table and the period of time that it takes to get served is horrible. The women’s restroom from my wife experienced was also terrible. Sad to see such a good restaurant getting bad reviews.

Terrible time at this place. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get seated. Around another 10 for our server to get to us and take our order, which was a chicken fried breakfast and 2 waters, and a coffee. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, which never came, we decided to leave. The server was nice and took care of us, acknowledging the long wait, and paid for our coffee. However, he did try to hide behind a plant as I was looking for him to let him know we were leaving; great impression of the Predator. Maybe he thought we were going to give a hard time, dont know. Ended up at Louise's, where the service is much more prompt and healthy portions.
