How have I taken this long to rate my favorite bagel spot!!!!? I know, are you as surprised by that statement, as me and my mother are when we say it aloud? ? I've scoured the Coachella Valley for alternatives for their jalapeno cheese bagels, and nothing compares. No one beats the bagel game like coffee bean and tea leaf. I've also tried researching who they contract with for bagels, to order them, to no avail. I've also looked up NY bagel shops to order an alternative that I could freeze, but that was also a dead end. We suffer so much when they're sold out, which happens daily by the early afternoon. You've gotta wake up early to get to them because we're not alone in this race.

The bagel is fluffy, thick, chewy. Shredded cheddar cheese is baked on top and oozes off of the exterior when toasted, with jalapeños sprinkled on top and baked within it for a picante ride to flavor town. Alongside that is my vanilla bean cold brew in hand to calm the fire growing in my mouth. You can't and won't beat it. It is a to die for weekend cheat meal.

As for service, I order plenty from here through doordash, and it is always made 100% correctly. Zero problems!

When I do go in person, the majority of the time, workers are pleasant, welcoming, and nice. However, it's not to say I haven't dealt with the occasional worker who is tired or fed up for whatever reason and expresses it through poor attitude. But hey, in reality, who hasnt had one of those days or experiences at other fast food places we continue to frequent? Besides, there are only two locations in the whole valley, so what other choice do we have, right? They know this. Their customers know this?. Besides, I'm not going to drive 40 minutes to the PD location for a coffee, lol.

It's a nice Coffee Bean. Pretty standard fare. Place is clean. Nice staff. Friendly. Coffee is ok.

I showed up to study at this place right after school, and intended on studying for a few hours. The hours online are wrong. They kicked me out of the store at 7 something. The hours online say 8:30. Change the hours online. I waited half an hour for my parents to pick me up (I’m a HS student), I don’t want others to have to wait outside too.

I’ve being in the drive thru for 30 mins this is beyond ridiculous I’m now late to work thinking I could make a quick stop to this location NEVER AGAIN rather go to Starbuck where they are friendly efficient and fast as a drive thru should be..!!!!!!

Went through the drive through, sat in line for 5 mins before we could even order, then had to repeat that I wanted oat milk not whole milk. This dining room was empty but the drive through was packed and taking more than 5 mins at a time. Then when we got to the window not before at the speaker, they tell us the kids are flimsy today and leakimg.

Delicious Chai Tea Latte and a drink my husband got. But the girl forgot to make our order. So as 4 orders passed us, we went up and she said to the other worker, was our order made, the other girl yelled something out of stress. Our order was made, after 20 minutes. Bad service. Thankfully my husband has a great sense of humor, and we were enjoying organic treats while waiting and as we left the premises while laughing at various conversation topics, they stayed complaining. So our happy vibe stayed with us and their stress vibe stayed with them. ? ?

First I want to say I absolutely love the food and coffee but my favorite is the over night oats but every time I come to try and have one I want to say 5 out of the 6 times I come here they never have it and I want to know is there a certain time we are cut off or do you just sell to who you pick to sell them to or do the crew keep them for themselves… it’s pretty sad that I drive all the way from Palm Desert just for that and get nothing

So I never go here but I had a gift card and stopped by this one on break. I ordered the $5 bundle (small coffee and plane bagel with cream cheese). Unfortunately, they were out of plain bagels and it was impossible to just upgrade to another one. I was gonna order that and a breakfast burrito but since the cashier was being weird, I just left and will be trying another coffee bean. I did get a hello when walking in so there's that. Small place and now I'm reminded why I got SB.

love it!!!! my fav is the matcha (lightly sweetened) and the veggie egg bites! i’ve been ordering through door dash and everything has been fresh and delicious each time ??? ?☕️

This place offers a cozy ambiance inside the store. Our food service was alright since the guy at the register let a friend of his take our drinks, so he had to make a new badge where his friends kept gigling in the back while me and a friend were waiting for our drinks. Overall our drinks where delicious and I would say a bit better than starbucks.
