I recently visited The Habit, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided, especially by the cashier, Elias. He was incredibly engaging and took the time to interact with everyone in my party. A few of us were undecided on what to order and had some questions about the menu, and Elias was more than happy to provide recommendations. His professional and friendly demeanor made our experience that much better.

The food, as always, was delicious and hit the spot, but it was the thoughtful service from Elias that really stood out. He made sure we were all taken care of and helped us navigate the menu with ease. It's not every day that you get such great customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of our favorite places to eat. Has a great patio too. After winning our first DVL championship the basketball team celebrated here after the game. The manager was very hospitable. It's more then just food here.

I just had the worst customer service experience in a long time here. I came in to pick up my order at 5pm on a Saturday, and ended up waiting for 10 minutes longer than the stated ready time.
There were several other customers that came in after me that also experienced the long wait time. I watched the older female manager Give out free drink cups to every single other customer except myself while I was waiting to make up for the long wait times. She even offered another woman more cups if she wanted and proceeded to ignore me and turn her back on me.
I don’t understand why I was treated differently as I was nothing but polite. I would never come back here, I’ve never been treated so rudely.

Worst burger of my life. It arrived cold, cheese not melted at all, but the manager couldn't give a damn about that.
It was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes.
Unacceptable. This is the last time I eat there.

Normally a 10/10 but went last night with my family and both my son and I ended up with diarrhea all night and it's the only food we had in common yesterday. Health and safety should be priority. Hope everything being prepared is fresh and safe but guess you never really know till you're stuck on a toilet at 3am 😐

I ordered the charbroil burger & fries to go. Food was really bad! The fries were hard like a rock, & the burger was worse! The bun was burned, & burger was way too peppery. Really surprised cause id eaten here before & it was good. I'm just glad I didn't waste my $ on more food. Sorry for the bad review.

Service and food suck. I really like Habit but skip this store. The burgers are never as good as other locations. The grilled chicken is always dry. They're out of shake flavors. They don't bring your order out for curbside. Employees are unfriendly and they're so understaffed.

Went twice last week because I had app offers. Between the two orders placed I dealt with all of the above. Go somewhere else.

Also their phone line doesn't go to the store.

This is absolutely the best Habit I have been to. The service was great, it is super clean and the people are so friendly. In fact Jessica , one of the Managers remembered my name from a previous visit! I will definitely be back !
