The food was good but the server was more interested in talking to the male server. We had to get her attention for drink refills, forks, and boxes.

Good atmosphere with very decorated interior. Service wasnt anything special but still good. Broth isnt very rich but still one of the better ramen shops in the valley

Great service food was delicious and so was service we were greeted immediately upon entry and seated quickly all employees were polite and the food came extremely quick ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick dinner bite

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER
I ordered Chicken Paitan for pick up. I have placed the same order several times. I picked up the order, when I got home it was Pork not Chicken. They were closed so I waited and went back in the morning.
The manger refused to refund my money and would not replace the bowls, even though I had the order receipt showing Chicken.
So instead of replacing my order, they have lost me as a customer!!!

The Chicken Ramen was very good. The mochi was very little, practically 1 mochi cut into 4 pieces. The cotton candy machine was not working.

Not to brag but I've had, what some consider to be the best ramen in the world. It's hard to go backwards.
Torakichi Ramen is the best ramen in the desert. I've tried other places here and they are just not good. I like Torakichi and enjoy the food. Amazingly, they have the best french fries, they should create an appetizer with these. I've got some ideas.

I love this place, go here so often some of the employees are starting to remember our orders. the service is good and the food is even better, it gets packed during dinner and lunch sometimes. But otherwise, the place is nice and welcoming, overall i love it here
