Came here for a bingo night. Decent atmosphere with the bingo, but it’s a borderline scam almost $45 for 2 small calzones and 1 iced tea. If you have auto gratuity, you need to clearly post it everywhere. Sneaking an 18% auto gratuity just incentivizes the worst possible service. I’d get it if it was a table of 6+, but not 4. Waitress took forever to check on us, refill the drinks and bring the bill, then finally brought the bill with extra stuff I didn’t order. Never again.

As someone who lives in a major downtown area and tries lots of new places, I was very pleasantly surprised with the menu at Tuscano’s. It had great food and drink options, had some very creative dishes, and has a lot of character. It is tucked away into a fairly quiet part of CA that is LaQuinta old town and that made it stand out even more to me.
The thing that I found so fun and cool was that there was a whole special menu of white claw infused cocktails! :)
Overall I would absolutely bring your friends here to have a good little session.

We come here often and the food is great. I love pasta with the spicy arrabiata sauce, garlic fries, brussel sprouts, pizza ... really everything is great. There has been some turnaround, so the service can be great or off.
Fantastic experience. We had multiple servers food runners and they were all exceptional. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you for your patience with our large group.

Tried this place out on June 26th for dinner. Waitress was very nice and recommended the wings (started with a K?) Very tasty! Had the carnivore thin crust pizza. Pizza was delicious, The crust was a bit soggy, but with all the meat on there, I'm not sure if it's possible! It's definitely worth the try!
Sanitation and hygiene, how important is it to you? Took my parents to Tuscano's for some pizza and salad. Server was very nice and attentive. Food was 7/10. Where the one star rating comes into play is when I stepped away from the table to wash my hands in the restroom. Discovered they have two soap dispensers. BOTH empty, as well as the paper dispenser empty. Stepped back outside and advised 4 different employees they didn't have soap nor paper towels. Waited outside the restroom for 25 minutes while my food became cold. During the 25 minutes spoke with a male employee that confirmed they also use that restroom since their employee restroom is used as a storage area. After 25 minutes still nobody came. I was able to make contact with Katie, the manager from what I was told. I shared my concerns with not having soap for customers and especially employees that are handling food. Katie advised they lost the key to the dispensers so they aren't being filled. Later discovered they did put soap in the restroom, but not in a dispenser but rather on the counter for you to pick up and squeeze soap out of the bag. Not sanitary. Last but not least they have a dry cleaning hanger nudged across a urinal with hand writing that's says Out of Service. If you value your health I would skip this restaurant.

Service was below the bare minimum. 4/6 people got their food first, and the other 2 plates were completely forgotten about. We asked several times for the forgotten meals and the servers acted confused as if it was our fault??? Food wasn’t even good for it to be this much of a hassle. In addition, had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and we were one of the few parties in the resturant. Not even busy. Overall, very unsatisfied with this place.

This place needs better costumer service. The blonde waitress, took forever to bring my drinks and kept walking around the bar area and had an interesting conversation with the other waitress. It took her forever to take my order and bring the check. But the food came out really quick and was really good. I ordered two orders of bread sticks and never got them and when I got my check there was no recipe listing the food I got, so I don't know if I paid for the bread sticks or not. All I know is I will not be going to this place until I hear about better costumer service. You better off going to Stuft Crust Bar and Grill.

We had a great time here the owner came out and personally gave me some beer selections and me my kid and wife loved the food music was good , with some good old country would 100% recommend them to friends and family !!!
