Forced tip
The manager Micki was the rudest person I have ever had as a server. All because of a communication issue that was on her part that i took blame for so she would stop yelling at us. We tipped nothing because she called us liars and when she saw we tipped zero on the card reader she immediately snatched the card reader back with our card still processing. Better sushi places near by with way better service. So disappointed

Generally went to go to try out a new sushi place and didn’t even spend a lot but they tried to force us to give a tip when we were literally the only people in there, then asked where we are from literally being rude all because we didn’t give a tip, as not only but said they will let us go this time but next we have to, like why have a no tip option then get mad that we should that option. Also just want to say I know it is common courtesy to leave a tip but in this case only got 2 things that only took 5 minutes to make and plus the sushi was so small and if I were to leave a tip it would be because they either worked hard and it was busy or I order a lot and in this case I or they didn’t, literally no one was there

If you're hungry don't come here. Ordered Benton lunch, meat tasted spoiled, did not eat it. It sucked caused I was looking forward to it.
I recently dined at your restaurant and was very disappointed with both the food and the service.
I ordered the Sushi A, but the rice had far too much vinegar, completely overwhelming the flavor. The sushi pieces also fell apart immediately when picked up, which shows a lack of proper preparation and technique. In addition, the miso soup was made with far too much miso, resulting in an overly salty and unpleasant taste. Based on this experience, I feel that neither the sushi nor the soup should have been served in this condition, as they did not reflect a proper understanding of Japanese food.
The service was also troubling. The woman serving me suddenly asked about my nationality in a very rude manner, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Overall, I was deeply dissatisfied with both the quality of the food and the disrespectful service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements.

I work pretty close to this place. I took my daughter for dinner and talking down the road. We made a decisions to go to this sushi place. Everything was going well. Did the waitress I think she is part owner She came down to the table and asked me to pay while I was still eating. I was paying with my credit card and then I looked my wallet to see if I had cash to leave cash tips.
Then I continue eating. I was still eating and she came back and asked her for the tip and at that time I was already like somethings going on with this girl so I told her I’m not there yet.
I got up and asked her Where the restrooms where and what they different look she just pointed to the hallway.
When wash my hands The hallway they have a sink so came back to the table. My daughter was still sitting on the table when I was coming to the table she called me liar.
By that time, I have already left the tip under my glass. When she called me, you’re a liar and I told her why. She walked over to the table and she saw the money and she said oh I’m sorry I’m sorry. In the first place, I look at my wallet, but I never told her or promised I will leave any tips.

Really wanted to like this place but I just don’t know. Walked away feeling pretty unsatisfied.
Got a bento box. Tempura was quite good but the teriyaki beef was just awful. It looked as sad as it tasted… lol. The sushi rolls my friend ordered looked very small. Just didn’t feel like we were getting any value for our money.
The owner/waitress seemed pretty nice at first but she was actually low key kind of aggressive? I don’t know.
Atmosphere was eclectic and cute. Just a little time worn and bit grimy around the edges. Extremely quiet though…made it feel awkward to chat with my party.
Love this place 22 years in business because they are great people!
It took an hour to get there by Uber from Koreatown in LA.
I had a delicious meal, chatted with the owner and his wife, and was even treated to coffee...
It was a fun day.

TERRIBLE! The plates were dirty, and the windows were full of bugs. The table was sticky and wobbly. Service, I can say the old couple host this restaurant, no service and kind of rude. Miso soup was salty. The food I didn’t want to taste when I saw the bugs.

Long time family owned restaurant. Our visit was early on a Saturday before lunch crowd. The atmosphere and decor were nice with good amount of vegetation and patio seating.
I ordered a unagi bowl it was enough food but they really skimped on the eel. Five thinly sliced eel to cover the rice does not justify for full price unagi bowl. I am disappointed.

Not good Japanese food. The tempura was hard and thick. Service not that great either. The water tasted like chlorine. I make better miso soup at home. No A/C, and expensive for what you get!
