Really rude employees. They were slamming the doors down on the ice cream case and throwing the ice cream scoopers. Rolling their eyes at each customers order. No "Hi welcome in" just straight faced what do you want. Floors were also wet from mopping and no sign left out for caution. Management be better in holding your employees to a higher standard. Employees, do better as people. :) have a nice day! (a phrase they should learn how to use)

Joseph is an excellent attendant. I have never experienced such good service from someone at basking Robins or any Ice Cream place. Really took his time and made sure I was completely happy.

Went in last night after dinner for a snack and Joseph was helping us.Joseph is an amazing employee who always goes above and beyond to make customers happy. He is friendly, courteous, and knows how to scoop. He always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. He is also very fast at preparing our orders, whether it’s a cone, a sundae, or a cake. He never makes mistakes or forgets anything.

Never again. Horrible! I went in to buy ice cream. They didn't have lids. Going somewhere he tried to top it with a plastic too for something else then tried to duck tape it! How do you take that to someone's house? Why are you even selling ice cream pint with no lids? And charging premium! They don't even have baskin bags!!!! So irritated! Customer service has gone to shit!

The guy stamped 2 stamps on 3 cards for me since I bought all my coworkers shakes and the next time I came in wouldn't let me combine the stamps. Also didn't give me whip cream on my shake. This was 1:50pm on June 28th. Terrible service. :)

I went today to get a father's day beer mug ice cream cake. The young man was so helpful and pleasant. He boxed the cake perfectly so it wouldn't melt. Cake was great. Very nice experience.
Worst service.. I am dasher when I am walking inside no proper response.. and they said until customer is there .. we won't do doordash delivery.. At this peak time we can't wait that much time .. please give some priority for the online orders.. Thank you

Worst Baskin Robbins. I've ordered through DoorDash 3 times. All three times there was a problem. I contacted corporate, who forwarded message to management, no response. Only after corporate contacted a second time, management contact me. The gentlemen said it was new staff & offered a replacement. I did not take him up on it because I planned to never return here.Ten months later the family felt like a treat after a long day. I was hoping Uber Eats still offered delivery from another store, but they also now offered La Verne store. Placed delivery order & had toppings of hot fudge, almonds & cherry, received none. Very disappointed that I didn't $30+ and all it brought me was frustration. Will not be returning. Don't order from Door Dash or Uber Eats at this location!

The girl behind the counter was nice and wore a visor. The boy had long scraggly hair. Needed a hat to work around food. Had no service skills. They were out of whip cream and Reese's. This place has really gone down hill. We will go elsewhere for dessert.

I come here every year to get an ice cream cake and an ice cream scoop for my birthday. Sign up for their rewards and you'll get the scoop free on your birthday. It has become a tradition and I'm glad this shop is still open. Two 4 oz ice cream scoops in separate cups came out to be $8.98. The staff are friendly and helped us get our order pretty quickly. There are tables and chairs inside for customers to sit and relax. They have several ice cream cakes on display if you are curious on what they look like. We like to preorder in advance and have them design it according to the theme of our kids' party. Not all branches charge the same price for a themed cake, so I would check online on their website or call to get the best deals.
