I was so pleased with both Brittany and Alonda tonight at my location in La Verne, CA. Normally I have to ask for more toppings (and have even gotten rude looks when doing so), but this time I did not. It was so nice to not have to ask after only getting a few slices of meat, a few slices of the veggies I get, etc. they were both very kind and professional. I hope other people at this location learn from these two lovely ladies.

Blaze La Verne is the Blaze to be. It’s not busy, the staff is mostly friendly, and it’s clean. Compared to the Claremont one in downtown Claremont, this spot is way faster. You can actually find parking here. The whole place just feels more calm and less chaotic.
Both locations are clean, but La Verne is noticeably cleaner just because there’s less foot traffic. The Claremont one gets slammed, and the bathroom shows it. Still usable, just not ideal.
When things get busy, La Verne handles it better. I live in Pomona, so I’m right in the middle of both. But if you’re choosing between the two, La Verne all day.
Extra bonus, the shopping plaza adds convenience. You’ve got Target pick-ups, Amazon returns at Amazon Fresh or Kohl’s, and it just makes the stop feel more useful. I usually order ahead through the app and time my pickup so it’s hot and ready.
Also, the Blaze app is worth using. I just got a free pizza today with my reward points.
Solid 4.5 stars. Almost perfect.

This place is a true gem! 💎 Our kiddies 👦🏻 👧🏻 have some serious food allergies, so it’s nice when the staff takes so much precautions preparing each pizza pie; changing of gloves, clean ingredients, and clean cutter. Staff is super welcoming. We love their pizzas! Not carb-heavy at all; thin, delicious slices of pizza in stead. Their fountain drinks are refreshing too. Again, glad to have this local gem.

My family and I recently purchased food at your establishment and requested a cup of water. Unfortunately, the young man at the counter refused to provide it and instead insisted we purchase a bottled water. He claimed they had no cups available, even though we could clearly see cups behind the counter.
As far as I understand, in California, restaurants are not permitted to deny water to paying customers. This experience was very upsetting. At first, I didn’t plan to file a complaint, but this morning I changed my mind after seeing a post on the city’s Facebook page from someone who had a similar experience at your location. Several others also commented that they had experienced poor customer service there.
We sincerely hope that Blaze will take this matter seriously and provide proper training to ensure managers/employees lead with professionalism and prioritize respectful, customer-focused service.

The food was really good could use some fresher or higher quality ingredients to be great but still delicious. The service was great the 2 guys there were friendly & quite helpful. The only issue for this locale is they will not give you water if you want to drink you'll have to pay period!

Love Blaze pizzas! However this location always has such poor service. I always feel as if I'm inconveniencing the employees for ordering food from them. Waited at the window/counter area for 10+ minutes...when an employee was standing at the oven...no comments were made, no acknowledgment of us being there...then after 10min he casually walks over grabs the papers to write on, then walks away again...so we waited for someone else...INSANE!

If there was a 0 on this review , I would definitely give this restaurant a 0 rating ( worst possible ). They sent me the wrong order and when I called to let them know , I was told the manager would call me back. She never did and when I called the second time I was told that she can’t come to the phone and they hung up on me. This is not the proper way to run a business ! No more Blaze pizza for me !! Now I know how much value they put on their customer’s opinions

Tuesday 12/17 @ 7 pm. We, a family of five, decided to have dinner at this Blaze location ( we usually go to the Claremont location, but parking has become increasingly difficult in that area), we’ve been here 3 times before and the service, ambience and food quality were excellent, the guys behind the counter were pleasant, fast and profesional; today, unfortunately, completely different experience. The manager, I’m assuming she is, has a poor attitude, confrontational, unkind and unpleasant. She was in charge of taking the pizzas out of the oven and because she couldn’t be bother to show some sense of service, our food came out crunchy like a dry cracker. And when you pay short of $80, one expects the service and food to be satisfactory, and today it was less than. As an addition, when you are a food service worker, specially handling food directly, facial piercings are an absolute NO. This, once again, wasn’t the case. To say that our experience today was disappointing falls short on words; and to think that a smidge of customer service would have completely turned around our dinner.
Big restaurant. Perfect for parties. They made my pizza perfect.
