This Dessert Palace is under new management, and they seem on the right track. Great customer service and delicious healthy nutritious desserts. Excellent! Stop in, you will enjoy it.Parking: It's part of a larger Shopping Center, but there is a sort of exclusive lot in front of the store.

Go to this place frequently, but things have changed with the new owner. Açaí bowls have not been the same. Very watered down. I keep trying though hoping they will work their issues. Purchased and açaí bowl tonight and when I got home 3 minutes later to eat it, it was liquid.! I am done trying.

Went in 35 minutes before closing and what is posted on their door. Guy behind the counter tells me sorry I just took the last order, we’re e closing early and I said but your hours are listed as closing at 6:00 today and it’s not even 5:30. He said, yeah well we’re closing early I have another job to get to. He was so rude and unprofessional. I hope the owner knows that his employees are extremely rude, unprofessional and closing the store early. They just lost a customer!

Walked in and walked out immediately. Vibe was weird. Felt like I was interrupting their video game playing or something. Awkward stares my wife and I looked at each other and walked out. Went to nekter and had the complete opposite customer service .

Bowls were good. We waited an hour for 3 bowls. There were two people in front of us. Initially one person was working but then two more came and it still took forever. They weren't apologetic, just seemed annoyed.

The guy at the counter was very nice, friendly, and down-to-earth. We enjoyed interacting with him. The bowl itself (sea sider) was good, but nothing special. The smaller size filled me up enough for lunch. :) It's tricky because the smoothies and the bowls have the same names, so when ordering online especially, you have to be careful and pay attention to which one you are ordering. I accidentally ordered a smoothie when I wanted a bowl, but the staff were kind enough to turn it into a bowl for me (there were no other customers at the time).

Ordered a North Shore Original Acai bowl to go... got home to find out it had nothing but bananas no other fruits.... guy working was kinda of rude also... been here a few times but I am not coming back. Crappy service and got cheated on the meal...

Cute little shop with delicious smoothies and bowls. Staff is friendly and service is quick. I was helped by a young lady named Hannah who was very friendly. I asked a lot of questions but she was very patient. I would definitely recommend this place

The large size is mega huge. Good for two people. It was very fresh and tasty. Granola was fantastic. Would recommend it. I will come back for sure.

I originally found The Bowl when I was studying at ULV. Back then it was called Bowl of Heaven. The bowls, smoothies, and juices are delicious. My favorite bowl is the almond butter bowl. It comes with almond butter, pitaya, bananas, strawberries, chocolate almond milk, chocolate protein, paleo granola, dark belgian chocolate, goji berries and honey. It tastes delicious and keeps me full for a few hours. They also have a rewards program, so you can earn discounts. The customer service is also great. I will be back soon.

The new management has really changed things for the worse. I miss the owners that cared about more than the profit. Unfortunately the quality has really suffered. This place used to be a staple/ neighborhood gem (more than just a place to eat) when it opened but with new management I rather go elsewhere. The bowl lost it's spark. I recommend that everyone save their money and find a small business that cares about its customers instead.
