They call this Italian! The worst food I ever had. Tasteless and I think it was out of a can. A total waste of money!

This modest dinner spot specializes in handmade pastas with a Californian twist. I tried their butternut ravioli with burnt sage butter—and the balance of flavors blew me away. The space is simple, with soft lighting and jazzy background music. The chef came out to ask how the ravioli was, which felt genuine, not performative. A delightful pasta find.

Nothing says small town La Verne like face piercings and hate tattoos 😒. We have been coming here for a long time and have been very loyal regulars.
The food is still good but we don't know what the owner of this place is thinking. First he fires onr of the best server they had, and now he's hiring people that don't represent the best vibe of Allegros or La Verne. We won't be back in the near future. Good luck to this business.

It's good. But I've been here twice now, we got the chicken marsala and carbonara both times. We found the sauces to be too thin and lacking flavor. Both of us were flinging little drops of sauce everywhere trying to twirl the pasta. Otherwise, very close to being great!

Rude and disrespectful hostes.
Plenty of tables but instead decided to place us on the smallest table right next to a busy door.
Rude inconsiderate for no reason other than lazy and senseless.
Even after requesting a more suitable table. Will not return

We had my nieces graduation dinner here last night, we sat in the patio, a perfect night to dine outdoors. The server was great and gracious making it a very good experience. The bruchetta appetizer was flavorful. Everyone ordered something different from the menu and shared, all of the food was tasty and good size portions too.

This place is located in a old part of town of La Verne that's very cosmetically pleasing. The restaurant itself is sometimes very busy making the experience mostly a miss. A handful of my visits have been no exception, food came wrong with multiple attemps, my partner got her food way before I did and still served incorrectly, ignored for drinks, ignored for service, the food is actually decent here and large portions, although if me and the other tables where sharing olive oil and vinegar. Should not be that way. I'm mostly left frustrated by the very poor service, small restaurant not comfortable to sit in. Old rocking tables. The chairs as a tall person do not feel comfortable with also a sense of insecurity. Overall they need to massively improve. The service is simply inconsistent, and when busy it can be absolutely not worth the wait.

We come often to this restaurant, we always get together with friends and family, the food is good and the drinks are equally good, the atmosphere is definitely good price, I highly recommend it.
