We came to get breakfast in the morning and the lady that was working the drive-thru was extremely rude. When we ordered something that wasn’t available she rudely responded with we don’t do that only this. When we went to the window, we were trying to use our rewards and again rudely were told if you use the app you have to say at the speaker. There was no greeting when we first got to the window, just told our total. If it was busy I would be understanding but we were the only car in the drive-thru. Very disappointed with the service we received.

Araceli was taking care of me today. I thought my food was overpriced and had asked her what I had bought, when I asked her she gave me my card back and told me I should stop complaining about the price, I told her I wasn’t complaining I just didn’t realize it was that expensive. She gave me my food and it was undercooked and cold.

I tried the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and loved the Ortega Chili on the grilled chicken. It was different from the usual chicken sandwich. It was so good, you should try it.

Denish is an amazing worker here. Very respectful and helpful!
It took over 15 minutes to get my food, in the drive thru! They did NOT read my order back to me NOR did they display it on the screen at the ordering intercom. Well when they finally gave me my order, they messed it up! They didn’t even get the first two items that I ordered on my bill so it ended up take about 22 minutes to get my fast food. IAM NOT HAPPY.

Drove past after a long day and saw the open sign on, every light on, and 2 cars in the parking lot. On a whim I went into the drive-thru since they looked open. I waited and called out with no response. If they were in fact closed, it was irresponsible and misleading to have all the lights on and the 'Open' sign flashing, but mistakes happen and I would be willing to delete this review if that is the case. However, if they were in fact open, they litteraly ignored me and thats worse
