It took over 15 minutes to get my food, in the drive thru! They did NOT read my order back to me NOR did they display it on the screen at the ordering intercom. Well when they finally gave me my order, they messed it up! They didn’t even get the first two items that I ordered on my bill so it ended up take about 22 minutes to get my fast food.
IAM NOT HAPPY.

Drove past after a long day and saw the open sign on, every light on, and 2 cars in the parking lot. On a whim I went into the drive-thru since they looked open. I waited and called out with no response. If they were in fact closed, it was irresponsible and misleading to have all the lights on and the 'Open' sign flashing, but mistakes happen and I would be willing to delete this review if that is the case. However, if they were in fact open, they litteraly ignored me and thats worse

They refused to let my son use the restroom we had just gotten back from a long trip and had to use the restroom before ordering but they wouldn’t let us

Cashier Aracely at the Laverne location was very hostile and rude..I was asking about the deals and all I got was the prices are on the menu. She didn’t even smile acting like she hates her job. I never do this but this was beyond unprofessional..sometimes workers get to comfortable I actually wanted to order more but because she f her attitude I just left

Hard to understand when taking order and music in background that could hear more than person, I had to ask them to turn off music so I could hear them. This is my last time coming here, such a shame.

Place is clean and the main part of the meal was fine but the fries were just bad. The price is also incredibly high for what you get. I cannot recommend unless you are pressed for time. They are pretty quick usually.

Shorted me a chicken sandwich. I was handed the bag through the drive through. I know my order was complicated and I specifically asked if everything was I the order. The cashier repeated it all back. I get home, I was shorted a sandwich
