Poor customer service. So bad employee is confrontational to customer. Waited several minutes to pick up order and no one working the counter. None of the employees working in the back that saw me offered to help. Once I stepped around corner to get help, that is when I was verbally attacked by an employee and continue as a walked out.

I used the app to pre-order. Most times, I am in and out with delicious food. They prepare it well and fresh, so I may end up waiting a minute to 5. You get a greeting at the door and the address you immediately at the counter.

Wow felt like I just been robbed , came home and open up my chicken bowel and there was more rice and a little bit of chicken. Disappointing won’t go back .

I have been going to this chipotle since it opened. They have had periods of good and bad food and service, but currently it feels like they just don’t care too much. I’m here a lot so I know that the staff is constantly changing and the food is never consistent! I feel like one day, it can taste completely different than the next. I wish it was more consistent, but I started going to a different chipotle in the area to not waste my time.
