First and last time going here. I ordered a "build your own" salad wrap and they forgot the dressing. It was so loosely wrapped when I went to eat it, everything fell out all over the place. I put it on a plate to eat it simply as a salad and it was a pile of low-quality vegetables, and a bland mush, with everything chopped so small it was indistinguishable. I ended up throwing the entire thing out after a couple of bites.

This is the place you go to when you want to eat healthy but don't want to starve. I love the make your own salad AND the size MUCH larger than a few years ago. Plenty of protein choices for vegetarians and vegans alike.

I have literally never seen 2 people move so slowly in my life. The store was empty and it took them 20 minutes to make 3 bowls.Edit: got home and my salad had about triple the dressing it's supposed to have, barely edible.

Had been curious about Chop Stop for a while. We stopped by and service was great, salads were reasonably priced and the ambiance was calm. The salad overall was delicious! All the ingredients were fresh and finely chopped. Definitely recommed!

So, I've eaten here before, it was good. Today I ordered a salad that tasted rancid. it turns out they used canned jalapeños, not fresh..that changes the taste for sure..yuck..I called they said sorry.

Personally, I like my food well seasoned and well sauced. My salad was not hitting high marks in either, but it was enjoyable enough when I added extra dressing and seasoning. Serving size wasn't bad. A large, overpriced, dry, plain, fresh, salad is what you'll get and it's perfectly fine when you know that. Extra dressing for the dry salad at the salad eatery is extra, unfortunately. Irked me a bit since the salad is not dressed well enough but what can you do. Place was quiet and clean. Employees were friendly, helpful, and on top of cleaning and stocking.

One of my favorite places, I love the fact that everything is cut into bite size pieces, not like other restaurants where you get huge pieces of lettuce in your salad.
Vegetarian options: I love that you can pick non meat options like different kinds of beans or tofu if you prefer.
Dietary restrictions: If there is something you can't eat (like cheese) you can pick another item instead with no problem. Very customer oriented.
The past few times i have placed an order online from here they forget to give me the dressing for my salad. So irritating because who likes a dry salad. not worth to drive back to get the dressing every time they forget . waste of time
