I recently decided to visit The Diplomat in La Verne after being recognized by the Bonita Unified School District for my service to the schools and community. What a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the combo plate with filet, chicken, and ground beef—it was more than enough for the both of us. The filet was juicy and sooo good! Excellent service and a fantastic experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!

We wanted to try something new and decided to try this place. We weren't sure what to expect and we were blown away. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. Literally everything about this place is amazing... the chicken kabob is the best I've ever had. Also, I've never liked hummus in my life.... this place has changed my mind. We'll definitely be going back here.

I really loved this place, great food, great ambience for midday work break, but I was definitely disappointed that they charged me a full amount for hummus and tabouli when it was clear from yelp pictures, they have a chicken kabob platter with sides. There is absolutely no reason I should have been charged $40 for a lunch meal. Every main dish should come with two sides, this is standard for lunch anywhere. Why would I come back if I'm paying double the standard amount for a lunch meal?
The AC was out, and it made for an uncomfortable evening. Otherwise, the food was good and the beer was cold. I'll give it another try.

Wonderful place for a quick lunch. We tried 3 different items, and all were delicious. As well, all of our plates came with fresh hummus. The owner is friendly and provided amazing service.
