I gave this place too many chances. It seems that everytime I go there, this place is desgined to give you more slop.

Less chicken on the classic burrito.... and then this last time I went, they gave a BRC. I'm done. I would rather drive further to the montclair location

the chicken is very good and the sides too. the restaurant is clean. on the other hand the waitress kimberly does not like her job at all, she is not friendly. she makes a face when you ask her a question or ask her for a bag. really unpleasant unfortunately this can harm the image of your restaurant. in conclusion very good restaurant but avoid any contact with kimberly. without kimberly the rating would have been 5.

The employees of this store are really bad they don’t knw the value of time i wait for an order for 20 minutes and then finally they gave me the order, when i drop the order to the customer the order was incomplete
And i have to come back again for the order
So it was very bad experience

I'm so done with this place. It's either the chicken is burned or the order delivery is wrong. I'm going to have to find me another pollo loco location because this place ain't it. I made an online order for delivery for the family due to all the adults having covid. My food is missing the 8 piece $17 Chicken I ordered. I have been calling for the past 30 minutes with no answer ?. I'm very close to just showing up and infecting all the employees in that place.
