If you want good customer service, go to the flame broiler in Luverne and see David. He is awesome I drive all the way in from Upland just because of his good customer service..

The food was healthy and great tasting.
This Flame Broiler was very disappointing to say the least. Their portions were extremely small, the food was barely warm and the chicken was extremely dry. I agree with Ruben who posted a comment 8 months ago, it was horrible. I'll never go to this location again. The man who assisted us was not friendly at all. His arrogance and entitlement attitude led me to assume he was either the manager or maybe even owner because he nor the woman who worked there could care less. I'll stick with going to Waba where the chicken is moist and food favorable.
Less food given than at other locations. Shouldn’t this be fuller?? Like 1/2 a scoop more of rice? You decide. Pic angled to show level of rice.
Edit: started eating it and there is very little rice. Normally I use two extra sauces and the one I poured in overwhelmed the rice. Not the full amount.

Very good, fresh food. The rice and meat is always phenomenal. Highly recommended for a good lunch spot.
This place is horrible. Been there twice. First time i ordered veggie bowl w white meat but the guy was trying to charge me for extra meat instead of just for white meat. When i told him i didn't want extra meat he said well that's the only way i can charge for white meat. He said that's how the system works. Obviously he didn't know how to use the system. I had to order regular meat just so i wouldn't be charged for extra meat. Second time i went i ordered online due to the first time issue. When i arrived they said they didn't have any online orders. Then tells me he can't do broccoli and carrots only, because he's low on broccoli and would have to go into next days stock to use broccoli. When i finally got my food he says i can't stay there because he has to clean the store. I asked if he was closed, he said no but we have to clean so you can't eat here. I asked him if they do this everyday at this time, he said yes. I told him i was there the other day at the same time and no one got kicked out. His only response was well they are suppose to. This has been a bad experience for the 2 times I've been there. Should have never gone back after the first time. Whoever owns this location should not own this place. Obviously they don't know how to manage or how to keep their staff properly trained. Surprised this place is still running with the reviews i have read. Should have reviewed this place before i went there.

I ate at this store a couple of times. But then I stopped going there because there is another Flame Broiler nearby in San Dimas (arrow hwy) that provide much better service. They have their sauces on a self serve table. In other words, you can have as much sauce as you want. And Flame Broiler sauces are amazing. I have to say the Flame Broiler food also tastes awesome to me.

This is my second time to this location within a 10 day period, so I felt it necessary to leave a fair and honest review.The customer service is great. The staff are thorough and courteous.During these inflation times it’s tough, so while it’s expected to pay $12-$20 for a single person, it would be nice to have fresh oranges and cabbage (browned and old) ?- lack of freshness in both areas happened on both occasions / visits.Dining in during this cold winter days (esp the evening) is not suggested, as the owners have chosen to keep the heat off for its customers (the staff are presumably warmed up being near the grills!). I don’t care for these thrifty ownership practices, making me less inclined to visit again.Aside from these small-ish issues, the food is very good. l and the portions are fairly generous. Will definitely come again, but maybe not for dining in during this cold winter days.
