Sent my 15 year old son in to order 1 meal. It's been over 25 minutes and we are still waiting. Is this normal wait time?? No one is sitting and eating. It just my son and another person waiting.

This is in response to Robert B review. I was eating when I overheard the tail end as that's when the customer started raising his voice. Which struck me as odd since I didn't hear the employee say anything rude or threatening. What I heard was a customer who was talking down to an employee, saying how the Verizon store and the jewelry shop got robbed, and how he should be careful because your store is next. I thought to myself how does he know Flamebroiler is next? Does the customer know this. And that when I heard the employee ask should we call the police? "Understandable I mean if I worked at an establishment and I was told by a stranger your store is going to be next, I would think about the safety of my coworkers. That's when the customer started yelling and ranting. To be honest I didn't pay too much attention but you can tell by his demeanor that the customer was just having a bad day, and was just looking to let off steam. He left in such a rush I can hear his tires squealing on his way out of the parking lot, Like he had just committed a crime. TLDR I had great customer service and some people need to take it easy. Employees do not get paid enough to deal with other people's problems. 10/10 this is my new favorite store. Will visit again.

I ate at this store a couple of times. But then I stopped going there because there is another Flame Broiler nearby in San Dimas (arrow hwy) that provide much better service. They have their sauces on a self serve table. In other words, you can have as much sauce as you want. And Flame Broiler sauces are amazing. I have to say the Flame Broiler food also tastes awesome to me.

Every time I come here there seems to be a lot of people waiting. The food takes way longer to come out then all of the other flame broilers in the area.

Normally this place is great. Especially since they are under new ownership. I go here quite often because it improved so much and has reliable hours. However I just got home after picking up my order and was really disappointed in the small portion of chicken and rice in the bowl. When you pay just over $9 for a bowl of rice and chicken it should have far more in it. The rice and chicken combined, barely filled the bowl half way. Not sure I'll ever return. If I have to check and make sure that I'm not being skimped on my food before I leave a business, it's not worth my time or money.

This is my second time to this location within a 10 day period, so I felt it necessary to leave a fair and honest review.The customer service is great. The staff are thorough and courteous.During these inflation times it’s tough, so while it’s expected to pay $12-$20 for a single person, it would be nice to have fresh oranges and cabbage (browned and old) ?- lack of freshness in both areas happened on both occasions / visits.Dining in during this cold winter days (esp the evening) is not suggested, as the owners have chosen to keep the heat off for its customers (the staff are presumably warmed up being near the grills!). I don’t care for these thrifty ownership practices, making me less inclined to visit again.Aside from these small-ish issues, the food is very good. l and the portions are fairly generous. Will definitely come again, but maybe not for dining in during this cold winter days.

I was excited to try out Flame Broiler today. I woke up late and didn't have time to prep my lunch. The online menu gave me happy info that there was salad or veggies instead of rice, which made me ecstatic! However, when I ordered my meal, with veggies as a base, I received my meal with white rice. I didn't get my receipt, so I don't know if it was the cashier or the server who messed up.... but with diabetes, I couldn't eat more than 50% of my meal. I liked the hot sauce, though.

No complaint about the food or employees, but most Flame Broiler locations allow you to serve your own sauce. This one does not. I understand they might do it for cleanliness and/or to cut down on waste. They give you 3 sauces per bowl and charge you for each extra sauce. I spent $15 for a chicken bowl with extra chicken. The least you can do is give me some extra sauce without charging for it.

The best experience I have had at a restaurant. I am from the Bay Area had flame broiler when I was a kid very sad when it shutdown and was very excited to get it while I'm here. The experience was better than I could have imagined. The staff was very welcoming when I walked in and was able to use the buy one and get one free. Would 10000 percent recommend and will be coming back here. A great experience!!!
