To our table. Walk in and go to your far left*. That table has bugs and they have a tiny hole in the wall where they live. Waitress moved us to a table right next to the bathroom. Smell like dangerous diarrhea! But what ever I was hungry. Blocked the smell and still ate my food. I dont even know why I even did that. No manger came to us and apologized. No discount. Waitress walks away leave us her tablet to pay. Expect a tip. I won't come back here ever. Btw. Waitress was really nice. But dlwas not happy with the service. There's tiny black bugs. Dirty carpet. Be careful

This is so sad. Only two waiters for the whole restaurant. Got here on a Tuesday 10:30 am. Few busy tables but I took 10 minutes to be seated. They rushed us two times asking our order but we weren’t ready yet, then nobody came back to ask for our orders despite raising our hands a couple of times but nothing. We decided to leave because we felt just ignored. Instruct your staff to at least explain customers that they’re short staffed. 30 minutes lost. So sad.

I ordered the steak breakfast combo. This is not my first time here but this time I have a good experience. My steak is cooking right and the server David is very attentive. The only downside of Ihop is that they don't have a good coffee menu for coffee lovers like me.

Absolutely horrible. I've popped into this location for years. It's obvious this is under new management and ownership, but not for the better. I will usually go in on Sundays when I'm in the area. The servers were running around trying to keep up (I know it's not their fault) and it was easy to see they were stressed out. In the past this place ran smoothly. Again, I've only gone here on Sundays, and have been served by almost everyone there at some point. I don't see some of the regular guys and gals that used to be there anymore. As I mentioned before in other reviews, I've been in food service since 1999, and have experience in working in restaurants. They're running a skeleton crew on Sundays now at this location. I understand it's important to cut the cost here and there, but what this place is doing is insulting to the customers that have gotten used to the fast and friendly service this location once had. I blame management, and if they had any sense, they'd realize they're running this place into the ground.
This is by far the best IHOP I've been to as far as I can remember. Got a BYO Omlette and it was the tastiest and best constructed I've ever had. Bacon was cooked perfect, nice amount of cheese and onion, no skimping out. My tea came with lemon without me even having to ask. Waitress was the sweetest thing. Bus boy and another waitress also greeted me warmly. Very friendly vibe, made me feel good. The service and food were great. Floors and tables were spotless, bathrooms clean. This is my first time at this location. I come in from Azusa so it would take me longer to get here. But maybe on Wednesday I'll start being a repeat customer on my time off. Thank you guys for the excellent service! Worth every penny in this economy! God bless. 🙏

I ordered the fajita omelette which was delicious. The eggs were light and fluffy. The chicken, cheese, peppers and onions were a welcome change to my breakfast. I had a crepe with lemon 🍋 as my side dish. Yummy!
