The service was rather quick for a Sunday. The food was very fresh and well seasoned as expected. In n out usually never fails to impress, and this time it was different not only because of the food but because of the service. Ivana, as it says on the receipt, was the one who provided the outstanding service. She was friendly and quickly provided a solution when there was a mistake on the order. Honestly I never really see that when it comes to food places. She deserves a raise or a promotion to possibly store manager. Would recommend to go to this in n out if you want the best experience both in speed and service.

This place has been the go to spot for a number of years I mean I've only visited my parents house who live here but every time I do I go to the spot and it's always a big line but you can't blame people for a crowd never a bad thing the service is great the young kids who are totally mature an adult there's 17 or 21 or 29 these people all have a great attitude and are more than outgoing and helpful and it doesn't come off like some type of forced customer service I'm sure you know what I'm talking about but it's not look up the urban dictionary term okay great. Anyway I have nothing but good reviews here every time I've come here like one time I came in and I said my French fries were made a little too soggy because I like them slightly light and they were just a little underdone they had no problem making them.. I've used my same cup from eating here for dinner woke up and hit on the way out when they opened and they did not have a single problem let me save a couple of bucks you just refill me instead of buying a new drink I mean I only do this cuz I have the cops sitting in my cup holder and maybe you've noticed things are expensive and apparently they forgot to give the rest of us a raise. Certainly that these guys are making 20 an hour they deserve it. The food is always been great the atmosphere is as you would expect and there's plenty of room to park if you're planning on eating out of the patio which has plenty of round tables with shade for summer hot Days! me being hybrid LA & Orange county I'm used to the weather in 10° cooler in the summer. Although they do not offer any coupons they also don't do any huge advertising overhead and they keep their menu solid the same since they first opened and I appreciate that greatly. Last night I went there around midnight [03.03.25 {for you date lovers who appreciate looking back} lol] and I was deciding between Jack in the box in here and I thought about it and I'm like Jack in the box has nothing on In-n-Out it's literally a no-brainer. Try going into Jack In The box and asking them for a chocolate strawberry shake! Good luck! Although I like Lulu and the management over there they're just not the same. And with Laverne closing early because everyone's retired and me being the night owl that I am it's nice that they stay open till 1:00 am so anyway there's always room for improvement so I gave for out of 5:00 but I did hit em with a five piece star deal for the overall service cuz there's a couple of cute chicks that I like there! Vegetarian options: I've never had the vegetarian but I knew that they do have that on their special hidden menu but I do get protein burgers a lot which is minus the bun with just lettuce as the.... bun and I love how they don't put sesame seeds on the bun because I like buns I usually get just the tops two tops and I throw out the bottoms but then I just asked them and they don't mind putting two tops together for me and I mash them together that's just the way I prefer my burger and if you're not a burger lover then I'm sure you have your own way of doing it and that's fine but as far as the vegetarian options I do know that they have them because my sister has that and she swears by it but don't think I'm going to be trying that out! Is this one the topic of weird shjt why are you people throwing away your cheese paper? Don't you know that that cheese paper is delicious and it shouldn't go to waste?! It's tradition to go to In-N-Out and eat your cheese paper you don't actually eat the paper you just take a couple bites of the cheese off of the paper and don't let it stick and cool down if you don't know that cuz you're not a native California then you should come on down to Surf City USA where I live and I'll teach you some stuff about where to eat.
