I go to this In-N-Out all the time and the service is usually good. But tonight I seen something that wasn’t OK. A homeless person was in a drive-through asking customers for some food. I seen one guy yell at her and make fun of her, I seen another customer give her money , and she took that money and went inside to buy some food. When I got to the window, I seen her inside waiting for them to serve her. They ignored her. When the worker asked me to pay, I told him to pay for her meal also and he Said they were not going to serve her. That place is full of food and they can’t even serve a homeless person that just got money and wants to get a Hot meal. So the homeless person got very mad and started talking crazy. It was obvious they had mental health issues, and all the workers could’ve done was give her some food so she can leave. So I went around one more time in the drive through and ordered again to buy food for the homeless person. By that time they had already called the police and the police were there and told the person to leave. One guy at the window was even hesitant on giving me my other food because he knew i was buying it for the homeless person(crazy right). After I got the extra food, I found her in the parking lot and gave her the food. She offered me the money she got from one of the customers and I declined and told her to enjoy her food and have a good night. Those guys that work there tonight were a little rude and low-key douchebags. Have a heart for people that are less fortunate and we don’t know what path she has taken in her life. Don’t be a jerk, help others in need. In n out makes millions, they will be ok giving away one meal. A lot of food is being thrown away anyway.Parking: Plenty of parking

It is a small In-N-Out establishment, located on Foothill Boulevard in La Verne. I have visited this establishment once, during Christmas Day of 2022. The lines, of course, were long. I can understand why, since it was Christmas. Nevertheless, most of the people were ordering for take out or drive thru, and there were ample of space outside to sit down, and enjoy the meal. Since, it was a warm day in December, I ate al fresco. The place was neat, and prices were fair. So definitely, if anyone is in the area of La Verne, I would recommend to stop by this restaurant!
