Jersey Mike's Subs are fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the Original Italian Mike's Way. We all agreed on sharing the Giant sub, which saved us a little money, so we can afford to go back for another sub soon.

Doesnât seem like the best idea to have 2 employees take a lunch at the same time, especially when theyâre sitting right next to the customers that arenât being served in a timely manner. I showed up at 7:04pm to pick up my order that was scheduled for 7:10, and the only employee clocked in said âit just printed, Iâll start it now, it will be about 10 minutesâ.
About 12 minutes later, they said my order was ready, but failed to share that they were out of rosemary bread, which if I had known, I wouldâve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere instead of waiting

Food was good, as expected, but the customer service was interesting. I arrived a little after noon but it appeared that I was interrupting the staff who seemed to be more interested in their personal issues rather than any minor interaction with the customers. I even had to point out that I had not yet paid for my order. Great food but I was uncomfortable being ignored.

The food is good, but if youâre in a rush donât come here. There was one person ahead of me and i waited about 10-12 minutes for a Philly cheese steak. It looks like there is only 1 cook and one grill. The cook canât prepare sandwiches back to back for some reason.
Customer service is not great, the young people who work here hate their job and customers. Corporate needs to pay them more and hire people who have great customer service.

Litterally over ten minutes late with my two mini sandwiches because right at lunch crush they decided to make custom orders for their friends. Better to just wait in line then order only because they donât prioritize your order when their friends want custom heated turkey.
