I used really like this place even got a gift card for Christmas.... But after today's experience I can definitely say I will not be going back. First, the parking lot is overfilled from the fitness center. There literally is no parking for other businesses here. I had to hike across the parking lot. Second, the service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a reg #9 and a reg #16 with no cheese and no peppers both on rosemary Parmesan. I paid and waited for our order. It seems staff puts more effort on the online orders then the customers who stand in line. After what seemed like a 10 minute wait, my name was called but only received my #16. I waited 5 more minutes before I questioned cashier about the rest of my order. My sandwich was still on the table being made, and I asked why wouldn't my order be given to me all at once by that fell on deaf ears. Needless to say I will not go back at least not to this one.Parking: Ever since Chuze opened there's no where to park

Did a mobile order for an Italian sub with no oil and vinegar when I got there they were still making my sub and I saw him put oil and vinegar and when I asked him if he put it on he said no but I opened it and I smelled it and it smelled like oil vinegar so I asked him to make me a new one. It took 10 more minutes to make me a new one and I didn't even get an apology because he lied to me, or did I receive any appreciation for waiting for my new sub to be made. Disappointed with the service.

The initial mistake is that my wife told me that she placed the order under my name. When I entered the store there were four employees behind the counter, exactly one order in the pickup area, and zero pending orders on the counter. When I was greeted, I gave my name and told them I was picking up an order. The first girl glanced at the pickup order, then they all froze a moment. Their eyes kind of glossed over and I could actually see their brains begin to spit out error messages. They began to wander about in little circles approximately three feet around their starting positions, their faces gone slack and without expression. One girl meandered over to the walk-in cooler, opened the door and sort of leaned in, tilting her head in the same way that your dog does when he pretends he's listening to you when you know full well that he doesn't understand a single word you're saying. Finally, one clerk thought to ask the first girl, "What was the name?" I repeated my full name and she said, "There's another order there with the same last name." VICTORY!!! Aside from the initial confusion (which gave me quite a laugh) the service was quick, professional, and cheerfully polite. My food was great and was prepared exactly as ordered. Thanks, Jersey Mike's, for an amusing experience.

Went in tonight on 11/8/23, ordered a #56. Watched them make the sandwich and mess it up. Transfer the meat over to a new bread slice, once I got the food and went home there was little to no meat or peppers in my Philly cheese. I paid $20 for the worst Philly cheese Iv ever had here. $20 F*cking $$$$!!!!

It's my first time here or any of Jersey's Mike's. The kids who work there, Amazing Although they are probably in college I loved my the original Italian sub with extra tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and jalapeños made Mike's way.

NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS CRAPPY ESTABLISHMENT !! Come on guys get your sh** together ! First management needs to come and see how dirty this place is ! Flies buzzing around every where and a bunch of BOYS making a ton of sandwiches back to back and touching all the equipment and every surface possible and never ONCE changing gloves ! I'm a manager and I noticed this immediately ! Different gloves for every sandwich that's a bare minimum ! Second we asked for a Big chicken Kahuna and a chicken cheesesteak which one comes with mushrooms and jalapeños and one doesn't that's the ONLY difference and they were so damn lazy they made two of the same sandwiches like what is the deal here that's beyond laziness ! So disappointed ! Check your sandwiches and watch how they make the food if you're going to eat here.
