I love this place has a nice friendly clean and positive vibe here and the staff and very kind and take every order without a moment to spare. If there is not a few ppl in line there can be 1m drink order. They play great music all through their day Which is from 11:30am to 930pm 7 days a week. I would only love to visit sometimes earlier but it's worth trying wait! Every 10 drinks stamped gets the 11th Free Oh and the popcorn Chicken! Better than my old favorite in Irvine 🤩🏆🙊

Just tried this place recently and it had a great atmosphere. I enjoyed the boba drinks I have ordered (we have been back since first time). Also the sausage or cheese dogs are great. Will continue to come here.

It's a pretty good tea place! The milk tea and regular tea is good and the vibes are good too,
the interior design choices are quite nice for studying or other such things,
there's some cool murals and the sofa is super nice,
the taro drink I got was good but not phenomenal, and the fruit tea my mom got was very good.
I totally recommend trying this place out!

The drinks are all yummy! The food is too! It can get a little loud, busy, and rowdy with all the kids coming in after school, so I'd suggest going in before 2 pm on weekdays.
