Why do they make you pull around from something as small as 1 mcchicken? Your left waiting for 5+ minutes and the line just piles up in front of the restaurant with everyone waiting on food. It doesn’t work and makes my autistic son upset I hope they stop doing this.

Food was good, service was okay but this is my local McDonald's so I will continue to visit. On the upside I also go thru the drive- thru and my food is fresh and hot. It's also nice to be served with a smile. Very polite and very much appreciated.

2 weeks in a row once again I didn't receive all my food. What is the problem with this restaurant.

I just place an online order to pick it up at the counter, I had placed it at 12:45 PM at 1:02 I went to pick up and the cashier told me they did no have it, I show her receipt and it was the right location and everything, she call the manager and the manager said we canceled the order because you took 10 minutes to pick it up, after 10 minutes we cancelled the orders and you are going to get a refund in 72 hours, however in the app said they were making my order and it was not cancelled, and the manager just walked way in a rude manner without a reasonable explanation

It's a McDonald's, it's what you expect in food.
I only went there to take my granddaughter to the play ground. She had fun with the other kids and really enjoyed herself.
Place was clean and safe.

You have to order your food on a screen with no interaction with anyone. I don't like that

I usually drive through McDonalds and I do not go inside. Sunday evening/night I decided to bring my son, two goddaughters, and my friend. There were many employees who were nice. I believe this shift seemed to just be a bit hectic and the employees seemed to not have particular roles. I went into the area with the play pen for my son and EVERY single table was filled with leftover food. The ground was disgusting and I could not even sit until I asked for someone to wipe some tables down for us. This review is more so to encourage a bit of direction because all employees were nice, but whoever was in charge of the children’s play area was lacking extremely. The stores overall cleanliness is the reason I decided to even leave this review.

Not all staff are friendly. I would suggest to have a workshop on working values and sales and customers relationships. Clients, customers or members are the bread and butter of the employees and employer.

Food . Since this is America and mix race. why not to have a fried chicken with roll or smash potato or rice like other country . Just wondering because fried chicken is very american.

Make something that what clients call or hungry for.

Service. Young people do not know what is drive thru meaning now. I dont know who trained them, sorry! An incident that happened for some customers like the front door was already closed the chance is to order online for drive thru or on microphone, the answer we got was " sorry this drive thru do you can't place an order because you don't have car.";At first I thought it was a joke. That , lead to discrimination. My knowledge of the words wAs clients are in hurry and limited order
Likee drive thru wedding in Vegas . My point is children are growing it's like there is no God or love. They do not care if you are hungry.

The food was cold. I didn't get my sauces I asked for and they said that they put it in the bag. I didn't get napkins and my bread had a horrible appearance. It was damaged. I wish I could post a picture

They don't want to take your order at the counter and try to force you to use the machines. For me I hate those machines and will not use them this is the only McDonald's that does this crap.

This McDonald’s in La Verne is the best in the area, even with four others closer to me. It’s consistently cleaner, the service is friendlier, and the food quality is better. Orders are usually accurate, and the fries tend to be fresh. The drive-thru can get busy, but it moves efficiently. The interior is well-maintained, making it a decent spot to sit and eat. It’s not perfect—sometimes mobile orders take a bit longer—but overall, it’s worth the extra drive for a better experience.

It was alright, once I ordered my food, it arrived quickly (Might be due to me ordering a small meal). The place was clean and the food was somewhat inexpensive, not much to complain about.

It was a to go order. When we got home, one of the items wasn't there. We don't live in La Verne, but we were passing by. There was no way that we were going to go back to get what was missing. You should have someone double checking the orders, to make sure that they're correct. Definitely not going back.
