I tried a Nitro Cold Brew, and it was perfectly smooth, a real refresher on a scorching afternoon. Service was excellent, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Costs were reasonable and fair, making the experience even better. A solid spot for a relaxing drink.

It was very crowded the morning that we stopped by and we had to wait in line for a while, but everyone was cheerful and it wasn't unpleasant. The coffee and the coffee cake were good.

Nice spot, pretty quick with a good selection. They have some unique drinks as well. As a matcha fan they get my full recommendation. Their pandan matcha is great.

It always takes too long here, more than 10 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes to get the coffee. Only two employees running everything, and they spend too much time chatting with everyone which slows the line even more.
We are in a campus guys we have class to attend
:)
Everything was great, and loved the book from a local author A Thousand lives.

Great place to get a coffee and a snack or breakfast, in old Town Laverne across the street from ULV campus 😃

Let the cafe hopping continue.
Parking: There’s free street parking if you can find any. I parked in the private lot next to it.
Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with indoor and outdoor seating. It’s pretty quiet, so it’s a great spot to get a study session in. We visited on a late Saturday afternoon, and it was busy. Almost every table was filled, and there was a consistent line.
Service: There were only two workers. The cashier that rung us up was nice and efficient. Throughput took a little over 5 min, which is pretty quick considering how busy it was.
Drinks & pastries:
1) Snickerdoodle Latte - This contained brown sugar, vanilla, real butter, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. It sounds overwhelmingly sweet, but honestly the only thing I really tasted was cinnamon. Overall, I thought this drink was enjoyable especially for those who prefer their lattes on the sweeter end.
2) Heartthrob - This contained vanilla, white chocolate, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. The flavors mixed really well together. Nothing really overpowered each other. Again, this drink is enjoyable for those who like sweeter lattes.
3) Mango Matcha - This contained mango nectar, vanilla, cream, and ceremonial matcha. I thought the matcha part was okay. You can’t really taste the matcha after mixing it. The mango was definitely overpowering.
4) Chocolate chip scone - This tasted as good as it looks. It’s not too sweet, but it does get overwhelming. I recommend eating some and saving the rest for later.
5) Chocolate chip cookie - I looove cookies! Couldn’t resist trying this too. The edges and middle sections were soft. There’s a generous amount of chocolate chips, but it’s not overly sweet!
Pricing: Average prices for a coffee shop nowadays. We enjoyed their drinks and pastries. I’d love to come back and try their offerings and hopefully sit and enjoy the ambiance, if it isn’t too busy.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown La Verne. Great service (the barista saw I was struggling to slide out of my booth and brought me my coffee), and the chagaccino latte was very yummy too.
***this next part is for boys only!!***
My only critique is the urinal. I basically took a shower no matter how I tried to adjust, so that would be very nice to improve. If you’re a girl and you read this, no you didn’t!

Extremely expensive for the a very mediocre mild matcha. If you are used to legit matcha, stay away here. Workers were friendly although very slow. Atmosphere is cute though

I’m going to be totally honest upfront: the matcha is extremely lackluster; but their service is amazing. To make things short, we ordered the pistachio matcha and it sounded so tasty. We drank it and realized it tasted like a pool of sugar & milk. Where was the matcha? I wouldn’t be upset if the matcha was $5 but the drink was $8.75, which felt criminal. If you’re going to charge over $8, please consider making a better matcha — where you can taste the earthiness/bold flavors, and make matcha the star. Not mask it with cheap sweets and milk.
