The tables were in need of cleaning.None of the tables had been cleaned.It wasn't like that before. The person who cleaned our table did not continue to other tables. Because of our government and the minimum wage, I see the problem.

The sandwich we did get had a little piece of chicken and one piece of so called ingredients in the Napa Almond Chicken Salad SandwichIt's a place I would avoid unless you like giving your money away for nothing

I dropped by the other Panera this morning, and both of these locations are fully stocked on the cups by the kiosks, which is a godsend. It's so unlike the ones in northern OC. I'm impressed with how much they put out and wish it could be like that everywhere.Anyway, this one felt cozy, but the layout was a little confusing. I think the other one felt cleaner, but it was also not as occupied at the time!I'll be stopping by every now and then since school brought me here. I'm so glad Panera is within reach, and it's truly my favorite café!

Really really nice employees. They seem genuine. Not fake. They take time and listen. My boyfriend has always disliked Panera then one day I wanted it and bought him a sandwich. He’s veggie. The worker/server/cashier helped put together a sandwich leaving out the chicken and now guess who wants this sandwich constantly ? Men, I swear, big babies til you show them you can alter ever so slightly to appease.Vegetarian options: Things can easily be made veggie by a simple alteration.

Ordered a pick 2 (Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice SoupHalf Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt) online and by the time I got there it was ready for pick up. It was at about 12:15pm so it was pretty crowded in there. They don't include utensils in the bag so make sure you grab them yourself.

If I could give this a zero star I would, I had an Uber eats order and there was a WHOLE strand of hair in my tomato soup... if the employees that are working in the kitchen are not wearing hair nets that's a major health violation and I will be reporting this to corporate!

The atmosphere was messy. The food took longer than expected. The green smoothie was no good. You couldn’t really drink because they closed the lids too tight. The straws sucked because you couldn’t really drink. The sandwich was raw. Other than that the employees were really nice. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Terrible customer service! Especially, the manager, Danielle, is very rude and has no idea how to deal with customers. I never came across such a bad attitude towards the customers, and I go to Panera a lot. I have a subscription for the drinks, but she did not let me have it because they were closed, but I had already ordered it through self-checkout. I honestly felt discriminated at this location.
