Very annoyed with this establishment. We first came here over 2 years ago, the food was good service was ok. Been there several times in between and saw everything go down hill. The sale of the restaurant was rock bottom for it. Service was horrible, children running around, (owners or workers kids). Food was still good on our last visit so I decided to give them one last try by ordering online for pick up. BIG MISTAKE!! Order went through I was charged almost $50.00 received and confirmation and pick up time and when we went to pick up they were closed! No one even prepared our order! Now disputing change with credit card. I was told by neighbors in the shopping center there electricity was turned off. I guess the new owners should have stuck with something they know and not ruin this once thriving pizza place!

This is a shame. Pizza N Stuff is under new ownership, and it's anything but smooth sailing. I'm not a hard guy to please, but c'mon. Out of napkins? No napkins. Nothing resembling a napkin. Out of ranch dressing, not that it would have helped as the salad was just atrocious. Romaine cut all the way down to the stems and served, wilted... Jesus. I hedged my bets and ordered a turkey sandwich. Something simple, right? Apparently not simple enough. The turkey itself made Subway meat seem like Boar's Head, that gnarly lettuce made a second appearance, and the bread was wet. The place isn't cheap, either. Absolutely has the feel of new owners squeezing the customers with ingredients not fit for a mental institution's cafeteria.

Use to frequent there alot. But now we're caregivers and getting out together doesn't happen often. We knew the original owners and the food is fantastic. Now with new owners the food is still fantastic. I've been looking for a good pizza. Always went to Petrillos. They have gone down hill. Won't go there anymore. So I decided to call pizza n stuff and OMG the pizza and the dough and crust is so good. When I called my order in I asked if they still had the same spamoni ice cream. They said yes. Our mouths were watering because we remembered how good it is. Picked up my order and she threw in a cup of spamoni for me. Very kind
This is my new pizza spot now. Even if I have to drive from Covina it's worth it.

The pizza’s are beautiful and delicious. We had ordered the Alfredo pizza around Aug. or Sept. of last year and we were disappointed with the change in recipe. We recently came back and ordered it again and were pleasantly surprised. The crust is even better than before and the Alfredo sauce recipe has elevated as well.We were one of three large parties there last week on a Thursday night. May and her husband were friendly, gracious and attentive as physically possible with a little help later in the evening.Kristen is always a friendly and attentive server as well but we missed her the last two times. We’ll be back

Worst experience I've had. I had a simple order of wings with sauce on the side (due to my wife's allergies) to go. They told me it was going to take 30 minutes. I came back 30 minutes later, and they still had me wait another 20 minutes only for the order to be wrong. When I finally get the wings I noticed they were drenched in sauce. I ask the the server about it and he said he told his cook not to put sauce on the wings, but that the cook didn't listen due to a language barrier, and insinuated that there was nothing that could be done due to them only having one cook. Granted they only had like 3 or 4 tables in house. The server said he was the manager and did not take any responsability or offer to re-make the order. He just suggested i get a refund. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of responsibility to their guests. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Sad and disappointed. We have been coming here since the early 80s, and loved it!! As I grew up, my friends and I would meet during our lunch break to get a quick meal. We went in a few days after the new owners took over, and it was a disaster. The service was horrible! It took 30 minutes just to get our drinks, at least an hour to get our under cooked pizza and the watered down salad came after the pizza. Ok, chocked it up as the owners needed to get the kinks out.Fast-forward to Sunday. (At least 6 months later.) I decided to try again. Still horrible service. When we did finally recieve our food, it was not cooked completely, and some of the toppings were noticeably thrown on after the pizza was finished cooking. After everything cooked completely, it tasted pretty good, but no matter how much the owners swear it is the same recipe, it tasted a little different. The tradition of a "quick" meal at lunch break is over, at least at this place.

They have the BEST pizza. I’ve been going here since I was a little kid & it’s still as great as ever. Fresh, great tasting pizza, the salad is bomb, the wings were nice and hot and crispy, the service is amazing! If you’ve never been, you should go. You won’t regret it!

The restaurant itself was pretty hot though the service was excellent and the food was delicious. They customized my pizza exactly as I asked and it was out fairly quickly. The salad was good but incredibly filling. Overall, very good service, food, and hospitality.

I would have given it 3.5 starts if I could. It is under new ownership. They were out of a lot of wines. No one was eating in the grotto, so we sat there.Daughter and I had the sauteed mushrooms. They used to be very juicy with a wine butter sauce...they were not bad, just different.Wife and I had a Modelo, draft, and they used two different sizes of glasses. I have been in the bar industry a little and they were about 1.5 ounces different--no more Italian beer.I had the dinner salad--almost the same. The dressing seemed like a combination between blue cheese and ranch...and a lot thinner.Wife ordered a turkey grinder with no onions or mayonnaise. It arrived as a hot sandwich with cheese and turkey only--with au jus to dip. I found that odd that you would serve a turkey sandwich with au jus.Had to wait for drinks and the server did not clear the table as things were piling up. Very few people in there...not like when the Italians ran it.I hope the get everything together since it used to be an absolute pleasure to dine there. I would like to see them succeed, but the staff needs training and the food it quite different.
